Unlike every other car dealer I have been to, Town Subaru in Englewood, NJ was very friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted me but no one "pounced" on me as soon as I walked in, pushing for a sale. Rolf Hansen, who I eventually made a purchase from was soooo helpful and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions, gave me useful info and options and made me feel "at home". During the entire process, he always kept in touch with me, answered any inquiries the same day and sat with me for an hour to walk me through all my new cars functionality. Peter Poccia, too, was super helpful, friendly and quick to reply. Even after my business was done, I receive a very friendly welcome, if ever I needed to go back to the dealership for any reason. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to anyone!

This was my first experience with Subaru, and I have to say that I was EXTREMELY PLEASED! The salesperson and manager I dealt with were very professional. I purchased a Forester, and when the time came to pick it up, they both made the process very painless. My salesperson spent a great deal of time patiently reviewing all of its great features. (Im not someone who normally embraces new technology.) He didnt let me leave until he was sure I was comfortable, and he invited me to call with any questions.
