"Buyer Beware"
I purchased a car from John he said the car was in great working condition. 4 days later the engine light came on i contacted him multiple times by phone email and text 2 weeks later no reply estimated cost $1500-2500 to repair. I already had to do a transmission flush $250 put new tires. He even told me in a conversation that private sellers clear engine lights with a scanner that he showed me in his drawer. Multiple other ppl have these same issues with prime time auto sales
"Honda Civic"
I bought a use Honda Civic, had a broken key, I got a rebate for that, when I drove it home find out that ride was rough, needed new tires, oil on bad condition, actually need all services, also found spray paint all over it. I just bought the honda due its reputation.

I reviewed so low because I inquired about a vehicle about two weeks ago and have yet to get a response. I read some of the reviews and must admit am in a way glad they havent. I would have made the 90 mile drive from San Diego for bad customer service? No thanks!!!

This dealership is awsome. I totaled my car and needed a new car saw a ton of cars from prime time on cars.com. Walked on the lot Johnny helped us work out a great deal for me. I. Bought a Honda Accord worked all the numbers I paid cash drove off with it that day. When I test drove the car I noticed it did not have a radio. I made sure to then Johnny this, he was on it. He called over to J and R audio told them I would be on my way and to set me up with a radio. No extra charge for that on the car he took care of it. I will be visiting this dealership for my next car with out a doubt and recommen to my friends and family.

Great service quick and easy very honest ! I would recommend prime time auto to all my friends and family I just bought a 1996 mustang cobra about a month ago just made my first payment. Everything I wanted plus some my clutch is going out but most things are sold as is so I cant complain just have to know your stuff and know what your looking for Johnny has it all! He doesnt pressure you into a car or make you feel like you have to do anything I appreciate his kind service hard to find people like that especially car salesmen. If your in the area its worth to stop by i drove all the way from long beach kinda hard to find but he said hes putting up a sign soon looking forward to coming back just to say hi.

Had been looking for a good deal on a good car with low mileage for a few months and ran across Primetime on Cars.com - Talked with John on phone and he was professional, helpful and very friendly. Answered all my questions with patience and honesty and we made arrangements for a test drive. Went out with wife and met with John and took a test drive in a Chrysler PT Cruiser customized "Woody" model which turned out to be an even better car in reality than what I imagined from the pictures. A super clean car from top to bottom with EXTREMELY low miles at a hard to believe price. John at no time pushed, pressured, or came across like the stereotypical "used car salesman" in any way at any time, not during the test drive or while we took the time to discuss actually buying the car. The end result was it was just too good a car at too good a price to say anything but "well take it"! I feel extremely lucky I ran across John and the good people at Primetime and HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is the market for a truly professional and very pleasant buying experience on great used cars at hard to believe prices, to make a point to go by or call John at Prime Time (By the way, dont let the rather "industrial" look of the area and facilities put you off - its truly a "diamond in the rough"!)
