I am in Customer Service business, where I have used to please customers. I thought I am pretty good what I am doing... Just bought 2014 Porsche Cayenne from Payless. I sent my details to them while driving with Uber from LongBeach and during my Uber trip to Santa Monica professional team at Payless took care of the paper work. Im a 53yr old male and raised 4 kids, so Ive bought a few vehicles in my life. By far this car purchase was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had. The car I bought was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. I showed up at 2:30pm and was driving away in my new car in 90 mins. The entire staff was awesome, professional and super friendly. Without a doubt I felt like they cared about me did everything possible to make me feel very comfortable. I drove 2hrs to get to their lot and Id recommend to anyone, check out Payless before you buy...they totally rock...!!!

Was on Cars.com, saw the perfect vehicle at Payless Auto Sales. Texted them and got a quick response from Rana. Made an appointment. When they showed me their 07 CLS550 MBZ, I couldnt believe my eyes, as it was even more perfect than the photos. Made the deal, Robert got me financing, and headed home. A day later, the warning light for the alternator came on while I was driving on I-10. Pulled over, called Rana, who arranged not only a tow back to their shop, but a very nice MBZ C- class loaner! Two days later I had my beautiful car back! Heres the good part: Robert and Rana covered everything, a $1,000. alternator, a $400. tow, and the sweet C-class loaner. In my many years on this planet I have visited many of these what I would call - "small community independent auto dealers". Often times they are "manned" by just one person and I of course understand that. That seems to often lead to the salesperson not being able to particularly accommodate any one customer. Here at Payless Auto Sales that was not the case. Even though Rana was at the time of our visit the only one there she happily moved many cars to give us the chance to better see, inspect, and test drive a car that was "buried" many rows back in the last row of a small and tightly parked lot. She was fast and efficient, and also accommodated other customers at the same time. While I did not make a purchase that day, If I had found a vehicle that more closely fit what I was looking for I am sure that the rest of the buying process would have been a pleasure as well.

I had been researching different cars online for a couple weeks before I found a sweet looking Camaro with low mileage. I proceeded by requesting more information online, receiving a prompt response from Robert. He answered all my questions honestly and there was never any sense of deceit that you find from many salesmen who are trying to squeeze every dollar out of you. The next day, I showed up to look at the car and Robert literally had me driving off the lot in my toy within an hour. He even called the bank to negotiate a lower interest rate for me, which was awesome. It was hands down the best car buying experience in my life and I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a used car.

My car was recently hit and needed to be replaced. I have had some credit issues from my past, so my score is not high enough to be financed for a new car. I always run along Santa Monica Blvd, and I passed by Payless a number of times. They always had a bunch of really nice preowned cars on their lot. I wanted to purchase a preowned car, but wasnt sure if I could qualify for the right financing. I went to the lot to check the cars out and the dealership. Everybody was very friendly. Robert helped me out a great deal in finding the right one in my price range and that would fit my financing parameters. Payless was able to get me a great auto loan, at a great rate. I was able to purchase a 2009 Audi black on black, just what I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with my new car! I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.
