This sales department (James Pugliese & Chris the Internet guy) WANT to sell you a car. Theyre not like these other a-holes that mark up prices stand firm and say "take it or leave it". These guys earn your business by offering a fair price and flexibility to make the sale. Theyre knowledgeable and up front with the details. I was interested in a CTS. Then i took interest in a lower priced ATS at a different dealer. They BEAT the price of the ATS with the CTS! Sold below market value and definitely lower than a dealer would typically go (all for a car still under bumper to bumper warranty)! Very pleased. THEN had my old car delivered back from Oxnard to Huntington Beach so I could drive my Cadi home! Nice touch.The finance manager Daniel Ayala was the epitome of professionalism and got me through the paperwork quickly. I had concerns about a damaged rear view mirror (driver side). They assured me that the bumper to bumper would cover it and would also be a good way to establish a relationship with my local Cadillac service center. Did that this morning and like they said...covered. A very happy customer. The drive to Oxnard was worth it. Thanks guys!

Great dealership. I bought 2 Cadillac XTSs from them. Great sales force. Highly recommend them. Have used their service department for 4 years and strongly recommend the great service they offer. Darrel has been great and has solved several problems for me and has had them repaired in I visit. Normal service is easy and always done timely, as promised. Car is always squeaky clean and washed after every service.

After searching for 3 months my wife and I were excited to have found a style of the 2015 Cadillac Escalade at this dealership. Sales reps John Lozano and Jesse Martinez were very courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. They made our new purchase and trade in as easy as can be. I would definitely recommend their services and dealer to friends and family. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I guess Im in the minority because my experience was the worst from a dealership. I had to have my newer vehicle serviced a few times and every time I received poor service with lack of communication. I continuously had to call to get updates. Every time I picked up my vehicle they never did courtesy wash, not as important, but further showed their lack of customer service. No one seemed to care.

Bill Canavan is the person that I primarily dealt with which initially was a phone/internet contact. He was very attentive but not annoying and gave the sense of being very genuine in his responses to questions and pricing models. Due to this I was able to compare well online without having to go to the dealership until we were ready to make a deal. Once at the dealership Bill really took care of us regarding vehicles, price but no pressure to make a sale right then. He introduced us to his manager who was also very pleasant but again felt no pressure to make a decision until we were ready. ONce we did finally make our decision the process was vey efficient and the lowest level of stress and pressure I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle. The finance manager that we dealt with was also extremely pleasant and there was no pressure from her to purchase any additional programs or deals. Overall a exceptional experience. I had a very good experience getting my car serviced, which has always been the case at Alexander. JR the service manager was very fast and attentive...he did a good job. Also, I never thought I would say this about a car dealership showroom...but I enjoy sitting around yours while waiting for my car. I like the atmosphere...very comfortable and I can look at the new models and catch up on some of my reading. Even more than that... During our test drive the truck did not start due to it not moving and the battery being dead but Jorge handled the situation quickly and without problems. This past weekend I bought a 2014 Buick Verano from Alexander Buick. I had not purchased a new car in 14 years. My husband is currently deployed overseas and we needed a car asap. I went in by myself, a little bit hesitant as auto dealers have a reputation for being pushy and the car buying experience can be stressful. I did some viewing online of Alexander Buick GMC Cadillac of Oxnards inventory, and emailed for an appt. I went in and met with Bill Canavan, the Internet Sales Manager. He was nothing but pleasant to work with. I told him my budget, and what I was looking for. He knew exactly what to show me, didnt try to steer me towards higher priced vehicles. This dealership has many beautiful cars out of my price range and when I drove up I wondered if I should have started at some of the lower cost (and lower quality) auto dealerships. Bill however helped me find me something within my budget, with the options that were important to me, and skipping ones I didnt need. I had my own financing direct through my own company before I walked in the door but there ended up being a problem with it (thanks alot Capital One!). Well it all worked out for the best because Ron and Gustavo in the business office were able to get me a much better deal. I was offered a 4 point drop in interest from what Capital One had approved me for, which allowed me to purchase an extended warranty and a cash rebate was included in the deal. They were all VERY pleasant to deal with. It was a Saturday afternoon and they were totally attentive to taking care of me without me sitting there waiting for hours. I am SOOO in love with this beautiful car! Everyone at Alexander Buick was totally sensitive to my budget limitations, and worked extra hard to find me something amazing I could afford, then to get me financing that blew my original financing out of the water, is just so awesome. I will recommend this Dealership, and especially Bill, Ron and Gustavo, to everyone I know. Thank you!

This is our 2nd Cad XTS from Alexanders. Both were very pleasant experiences in the buying process. Bill Carnavan sold us our first and Steve Perez the second. We wanted the red Platinum model with the platinum interior for our 14 XTS. Steve searched far and wide to find the car we wanted. It had to be brought from Texas! It was sure worth the wait. It has everything I wanted by way of technology on it. I mistakenly ordered the premium model on our 13 XTS. Steve gave us a great trade in price for our car . The service is outstanding. Junior is a great service rep. Always keeps us posted on status and car is always ready on time promised or even before promised. Great loan car service as well.

I recently leased a 2013 Buick Encore from Alexander GMC Buick Cadillac. The experience overall exceeded my expectations. The recommendations made by the salesman (Brandon Breit) were tailored to my individuals needs and budget. He educated me on the lease versus the purchase options and answered a multitude of questions to my satisfaction. The sales manager also followed up by ensuring I understood all of the choices I made and sold me on the smart lease option, which fit my needs. My new Encore was delivered in pristine condition with a full tank of gas and I was given a very fair price on my trade-in. Brandon was both professional and personable as he demonstrated how to use all of the features of my new car and helped me set everything up. This is truly the best car Ive had so far in my adult life and the first time Ive made a major decision with a company that is easy to do business with. Again, a very positive experience overall from start to finish.

i have been putting this off because i do not like to talk bad about people but if I could rate this dealer a negitive 5 i sure would. I contact the internet department about a listing they had on a 1990 GEO Metro in which I was contacted by Justin. I asked him to send me pictures of the car which he did an also informed me this car is perfect no tears in the seats the body was very very nice. And the pictures he sent showed me that. He also informed me he could take the save the car for me if I paid for it up front which I did because everything sounded really nice. I was also informed that the vehicle would be ready for pick-up on Monday the 15th of April because it was in the shop being smogged and having little things fixed. On Sunday the 14th I called him to make sure the car was going to be ready for pickup on the 15th he assured me it would be and he would be there. This was also verified by his boss George. Now mind you I live in Bakersfield which is a long was away. Both of these people are liers, cheats and are the exact people that should not be dealing with the public. My husband spent several hours on a bus going to Oxnard to pick the car up. When he got there Justin was not working and neither was George. In fact Justin did not even want to talk to my husband on the phone. So they had Justins partner Steve show my husband the car. Now mind you the pictures that we received was not he same pictures that my husband took of the car. The car was junk and should have been scraped the seats were torn and car had been in a wreck not the same car at all. In fact my husband was informed the car had not even been in the service department yet and may not even be able to be sold. These 2 are very good at lieing and misleading people I am sure they have done this in the past they have their game together. On Monday I contacted the store to get my money back and got ahold of Justin who said it would be sent out that day and I should have it the next day. Never got it. Called back on Wednesday and talked to Charles the Finance Manager who mentioned he would check on it because I could not get ahold of George or Justin and they would not return my calls. On Friday I called an talked to Steve again who informed me that I should have it no later than Tuesday by close of Business and if Not call him back and he would handle it. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership especially from Justin or George they got my money and than ignored me and lied about everything. Worse people in the world. And I assume the store is the same way since they hire people like this.

Fantastic used vehicle buying experience! I initially emailed their internet department before going in (since they are over an hour away from me) when I inquired about a 2012 Toyota Sienna on their lot. I was put in contact with Steve, who was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. He even sent me additional pictures of the vehicle I requested. I let him knew the budget I was working in and he indicated they could work with my numbers. So we drove 100 plus miles to out to the dealership later that evening. We got there around 8:30 p.m. (they close at 9 p.m.) There was no rushed feeling though. Steve was very thorough in showing us the car and taking a test drive. We went back inside to talk numbers - and sure enough they came back right where I needed to be! They sent us on over to finance to deal with Eli and the paperwork. I usually hate this part of the car buying experience. But Eli was kind, funny and quick with his job, even though it was a Friday night and it was getting late. This was definitely one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. I would not hesitate to make the drive to their dealership again. Thank you guys for a great experience. I love my car!!!

I went into Alexander assuming it was still Bunnin but realized no longer was it Bunnin but Alexander so I wasnt sure I wanted to even get out and thats when Jason approached me and very professionally made me feel very comfortable and actually offered to park my car and at that point i knew i was at the right place. By the end of the buying process I felt better than I ever had before after buying a used car. Also service is great i went into get my oil changed and they had a shuttle and even washed my car which was awesome, id never go anywhere else to purchase my Vehicles, THERE X MARKS THE SPOT IS DEAD ON, THANKS AGAIN!!!!!
