I have purchased nearly 30 cars in my life, and I am a ridiculously difficult negotiator; my purchase at OC Infinity was among the best if not the best car purchase experience. It was the people that made the difference. I sometimes dont even deal with a salesperson, but Pearlyn made the purchase a pleasant experience. The internet director and even the finance director, Erik, were pleasant as well. I recommend this dealership to persons interested in their selection.

I was in the market for a car, ive visited multiple different infinitt locations I truly hate car buying. I was going to meet my friends at a location in Huntington Beach, and I had no idea that there was a dealership on Beach Boulevard, and it happened to be an Infiniti store. I pulled in just to look at the car that I was interested in for the fifth time at a different location. Right away I was welcomed by sell rep, name Mike. OMG... his honesty, his care for my time, and his service towards me,is on describable. If you are in the market for a car? Dont waste your time elsewhere. "Old Salesman Was Pushy And Tried To Rip Me Off"

I was looking for a G37 coupe. I went there and the there was a very old salesman. He was nice at first but when it comes to the price, he would not give any discount, not even a dollar (thats right). He was very pushy too. So finally I bought my car elsewhere with a much better price. I went to many Infiniti dealers and this is by far the worst. They call themselves the newest dealer, I think they should also they themselves the worst. Go to the other dealer and you will have a much better experience!

I had the best experience with my lease at OC Infiniti. I had always been one to purchase my vehicles until my salesman Phillip explained to me the benefits of leasing. I never knew this plan would fit me best and that I could afford to drive such a nice vehicle. Not to mention the perks of becoming a loyalty member. The free car washes, free tires and oil changes. Last but not least having my Infiniti Personal Assistant is amazing. There hasnt been anything my personal assistant has been able to help me with. Thank you OC Infiniti for making me apart of the Infiniti Family!!

"Great Experience And Deal At Oc Infiniti"

Second time buyer and long time service customer. Gaston is top notch! My lease was almost up and I was in doing my regular car wash or Saturday with plenty of time to waste since the place was packed and washes on Saturdays can take close to an hour (I gotta start coming during the week...)but anyway. He was helpful an told me about their left over brand new G37s they are trying to get rid of. Since I had an Infiniti I qualified for some loyalty program and a rebate. Bottom line is they took my old car that I still owed 2 payments on and got me into a brand new G37 sedan for only $259 per month!!! YES!! You read it correctly! I lowered my payment a whole $100 a month!! Not to mention free tires and oil changes for the whole term of the lease?? OC Infiniti is my home dealer and I will recommend them all my friends. If Gaston hadnt told me I would have missed out on a truly great deal! 5 stars only because I cant give 6..... Temo!!! Thanks for always having a smile on your face and putting up with my requests! =)

"Terrible"

Not sticking to the pre-agreed over the phone, lengthy process and no empathy in the sales or customer approach, rather artificial. The whole lengthy process left you with a feeling of serving the purpose of exhausting you to push unwanted additions - Didnt provide a good feel and general level of satisfaction, which should normally follow a purchase of larger thing such as a car.

"Horrible Experience In Service Department"

The dealership is nice and clean but their service department is the worse you can get. Horrible experience at OC Infiniti service department. The diagnosis was completely wrong and much higher price than other Infiniti dealerships in the area. Save your money, temper, and time and go somewhere else.

The straight forward nature of the conversations regarding the car (features and dollars) put us at ease. "Outstanding Service"

I usually do not write reviews, however my last service appointment at Orange Coast Infiniti was outstanding. Temo Hernandez was outstanding. He was there waiting for me when I arrived and always greets me with a smile. He told me to get a bagel and coffee while he was writing up my service invoice. I told him I had another appointment to go to and he promise my car would be ready within two hours. He had a driver take me home. Two hours later, I got a call saying my car was ready. But to my surprise, Temo had two of his service people deliver my car to my house. When I went outside there was my car, washed and ready to go. Temo thank you for the exceptional service.

I took my G35 to OC Infiniti for a 60K service. Temo Hernandez wrote the work order and he was very detailed on what needs to be done. Cost was very reasonable. Pick up my car on time and explained all works performed on my car. Facility is very clean. Good job to Temo.

No haggling, no changing of the terms and no hassles. I was in and out inunder 2 hours. Very easy car purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brought in my FX35 for Service and had a very positve experience. They were extremley professional and couteous during my visit. All the work was done in a timely manner and came in at the price I was originaly quoted. While waiting to pick up my vehicle I started looking at the new models. I was greeted by a salesperson (Sorry forgot his name) and told him I was really not looking for a new car at this point, but this did not stop him from showing me around the dealership and explaing the new construction going on and showing the new vehicles Infinity has to offer. I was very impressed with him and the new lines of vehicles he showed me. At this point I am contemplating revisiting the dealership and purchasing a new FX. I was very happy with my experience at OC Infinity
