I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Hampton Ford/Hyundai. I worked closely with Mark Weatherby to navigate effortlessly through the process. Overseeing the entire transaction was Charlie, who provided a thorough yet ultimately fair valuation for my trade. The vehicle I purchased was perhaps the best priced in New England given the mileage, almost spotless condition and included features. Its great when a dealership STARTS at the right price, rather than making you "fight" for it. Mark was a pro and made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped inside. Further, there was NO pressure from the dealership. In fact, I found myself forcing the issue a bit because I knew they had a great price and would find a buyer with or without me! During my test drive I noticed a couple of issues with tire pressure and alignment. Mark reassured me that the service team would address any concerns and at my request stayed on top of the process from top to bottom. This was personally reassuring and much appreciated. The vehicle was delivered "like new". I just returned from a long trip and the vehicle performed beautifully. I will absolutely be looking first to this dealership in the future and refer friends and family their way as well. Ultimately, thats the true test of a buying experience. Hampton Hyundai passes the test with flying colors.

I was told that I could drive the Ford focus RS before purchasing it then when i told that salesman that I purchased all my previous vehicles for cash and that I never finance the a car before And after that statement I was told the RS was the type of car somebody wouldnt want to buy with miles on it so they had to run a credit report before I could drive it I told the gentleman I was there to buy the car when I first walked in for all he knew I was going to pay cash for that car to Not the only one with a Ford focus RS their loss lol

I had a bad experience with Charlie, who has an attitude he needs to work on. I have been to other car dealers, and their service was way better than this location. I was looking for a used vehicle, and stopped at this place to check out their cars. Jeff was very nice, and had the personality of a salesman. However, Charlie, seemed to be disappointed when he knew that I am not interested in a new vehicle, he then became "mean" and started making us regret coming to this location.
