I have been driving a Ford since 2012 and started going to Legacy for my service work because it was convenient to stop by on my way home from work. I love being able to get into the Quick Lane and be on my way pretty fast. Ive been bragging on these guys for a long time now, and when I was telling others about my experience at the dealership I said I would be (1) buying another Escape when the time came and (2) buying it from Legacy because they have treated me so well. I did not buy my 2013 Escape there so they didnt owe me a thing, but I have always felt taken care of. This past week I got the chance to put my money where my mouth is. My car somehow ended up with a big hole in the radiator at 127,000 miles (I blame the construction zone I drive through every day). It was going to be pricey to get it fixed so I asked for a quote for trade in. Valentin was my service advisor and he said hed have one of the guys in sales give me a call. The next day, I got a call from Pete in sales. He had crunched some numbers and due to many difficult circumstances in my life right now I decided it was going to be the best to trade in. It took a few days to find a car to my specifications, but it happened, and the guys at the dealership were so accommodating with my personal situation and getting me in to get the car signed for. As soon as I came into the showroom and greeted Pete, Joe bounced up to us (very energetic guy) and told me he was excited to show me the great features on the 2017 Escape I was buying that I likely did not know about. Im glad he did! Some of the things the car does, Id have never known about and would most likely have thought there was some kind of problem with the car if I hadnt been told. Finally, I was taken to finance where I met Luis and explained everything to me very well. Its scary enough signing paperwork for that big of a purchase, but he made it so much easier. So, bottom line: yes, theyre out in Rosenberg (for you big city folk) and they are in the middle of a construction zone at the moment (and TXDOT should be ashamed for moving the exit away from them and therefore making it harder to get to the dealership). But, despite all of that - they are definitely worth the effort of getting there.

I recently bought a new Ford Fusion which happens to be my second vehicle for this dealership and I was very pleased with the best customer service provided by Shawn and Joe at Legacy Ford, they completely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a new vehicle or trading in as I did, to go and ask for Shawn and Joe will help ya out with the logistics or the car!! Late last year I came in the dealer for service for a loose headliner. They asked if I wanted to leave it or take it back since they will have to order the part. I left the dealer with my car and then came back once the part came in. They told me it would take a day so I requested for a loaner. They stated they dont offer loaners. I then came back on my day off to drop it off. They ended up taking a week to replace a part they stated would only take a day. I even made an appointment for the service. After I got my car back. The headliner was secured however wasnt secured properly. A couple of months later, it became worse. I called in the schedule an appointment and now they changed the story how they said they will only cover one day for a loaner and the rest I would have to pay. I brought the car back because they didnt install it properly and they need to be held accountable. I still came in for them to check it out. In the time I was here, one gentleman was put in a loaner. After they took my car in. A lady came after me and was casually asked if she wanted a loaner. Im furious how this dealer takes advantage of my time and cannot take responsibility for their action. I was trying not to come back to this dealer however due to fords policy if its an installation error. I would have to come back to the same dealer.

Made appointment week before to get my antenna base fixed as it was broken off during windshield replacement. John told me parts were there and to bring it in in Friday morning, would be done in approx. 3 hours, which is the only way it would work as I am leaving town in the afternoon. Called Thursday around 1pm to confirm everything was on schedule, told we were good to go. Showed up at 8am and was told parts wouldnt be there until noon, car would be ready around 4pm, which obviously didnt fit my schedule. Told thats the best they can do and would need to reschedule, Ive already rescheduled, with another dealer.

On Friday, July 29 at about 6pm, I noticed that the air conditioner in our 2013 Fiesta stopped working. This was a concern as my daughter was leaving for college in Tennessee on Monday, August 1. I took it into Legacy Ford knowing that nothing could probably be done until the following week. I spoke to the service advisor, Mark Stavinoha, about my predicament. He mentioned that there were several cars ahead of me, and if I wanted to leave it they couldnt get to it until Monday - which is the day my daughter was leaving. However, he put me in the system and said that since they had the car, he could squeeze me in ahead of some other people. The work was completed the following day (Saturday), so we had the car in time for my daughter to leave on Monday for Tennessee. A HUGE thank you to Mark for helping us out in a tight situation. Thank you, thank you!!
