I could not have hope for a better experience. I came to Toms River Kia because I had a Kia Optima, which I loved, that was totalled at motor vehicle accident. I spoke to Amy on the phone and told me to come by after telling her my dilemma. There after, she introduced me to Johnny Martinez from sales to help me find the right car for me and my family. He listened to all my wants and needs and delivered the car in my favorite color which I didnt even ask for. Time and again Amy would check on me and my daughter making sure we were okay, even switching their TV to Netflix so my 4 year old can watch her show (who does that?). Then meeting with Billy Negron from finance, he worked to really get me the best deal he could possibly can allowing me to walk out with a larger vehicle than my Optima with a lower monthly payment. I have never experienced such a more comforting process at a car dealer ship ever before and Ive experienced some of the worst. They are hard working and researched the best deal for me, and not just trying to sell me a car. Even after the process they called me back in to let me know they found a better deal than the last! I couldnt asked for more than what these people have done for me and my family. They genuine and honest and gave me advice on improving my credit too, something I did not expect at a dealership. They have allowed me to come out of the process not only with a new car, but friendship. I honestly felt like I was at home through the whole thing. The service Ive received here is horrible .. I will not go back to their service center again.. They dont do Complete oil changes.. The fluids are never filled and they say they did that .. They charged me for my second oil change and was told I get free oil changes .. I mentioned that to them and all I got was a sorry !! What about a refund .. They tried to fix the lights on my car twice and I still had the same problem so my step father did it with no problem .. This car in under warranty and I need way better service . I called and left a message and also an email with no return call .. I will be getting in touch with cooperate now.. Horrible !!!

If youre looking for a dealership who will straight up be dishonest to you over the phone, and in person to your face, multiple times, then this is the place for you. The salesman Phil may come off nice and friendly but hes actually worse than your "typical used car salesman". I called on a Thursday to get a price for a used truck, since the price was not listed on the website. Phil told me that the truck had been there for over a month and they really need to get rid of it so I could probably get a great deal. I then went in the next day to see the truck in person. After a test drive, we went inside and Phil wrote a number on a paper for the price of the used truck I was looking at, and said, and I quote "This truck is about to go to wholesale, I can get you much lower than this price." I told him I would let him know later that day and likely be back tomorrow. I was possibly trading in a truck and wasnt able to bring it down until the next day. I called back that night to let Phil know I was going to come by Saturday morning to take the next steps to buy the truck. He says, and I quote "Be honest, do you think youre going to be buying this truck, because we have the transporter taking vehicles to wholesale tomorrow and we need to know whether to send the truck out". I told him if the numbers worked Id be buying the truck and taking it home tomorrow. I show up the next day, and someone is there looking at the truck, in the middle of negotiations with another salesman about to make a deal for that very used vehicle I had Phil not send to wholesale because I was coming to buy it. I even left a message for Phil that morning letting him know again I was heading down. That deal with the other potential buyer fell through, and so they called me to come back in. When I sat down to make the deal, all talks from the previous day went out the window. That number Phil wrote on the paper? Not only did they not honor that, they went UP in price. Somehow the car went up 15% in price and made up fees. Someones calculator was clearly not working. When I made my offers, going up a significant amount after the initial, they didnt even counter. It was a straight up no. The second offer Phil didnt even bother getting out of the chair. How does one go from "We need to get rid of this and I can get you a much better price" to "Were not even close, this isnt happening". Oh I know how, because they were using me to get a better offer out of the other guy whos deal fell through. How do I know this? Because Phil said "the manager thinks the other guy will be coming back". So they turned down a guaranteed deal with me for someone who walked away from the deal earlier and "may" come back. Sounds smart right? Oh, and that guy never ended up coming back to the dealer. Stay away from this dealer as the salesmen poach each others leads, the managers are dishonest, and Phil will not honor a single word he says. Way to blow a guaranteed sale guys!

This is an excellent dealership! So glad I found them. I put in an Internet inquiry at 2:00 AM at 9:00 AM the next day they had a great vehicle for me! They were a no pressure, no manipulation, no pressure dealership. The sales manager was caring and concerned with being fair to us in the price we paid for the car! Worst car dealership experience ever and Ive had my fair share. I would never recommend going to Kia at toms river more importantly stay away from the finance manger "Big Mike Defalco." I shouldve known just based off the name SMH such a clown. Anyway I was dealing with him for 3 months while he was trying to work out a good price I was comfortable with in a new or used car. Over the 3 months of dealing with him he has put me in a way over priced car that I cant get out of made an insane amount of money off me and ripped me off completely. He has even turned me away now because he cannot correct his mistakes. Telling me to go somewhere else. Stay far away from Mike Defalco hell act like he is doing everything to help you as the finance manger and he is doing nothing but ripping you off. If you are trying to get a good deal, get out of a pricey car or just lower your payments by refinancing hell do nothing but try to hurt you in any or every way possible. Lesson learned stay far away from MIKE DEFALCO mind you he is the finance manager so all deals have to be reviewed and authorized by him so one way or another you will have to deal with him at some point.
