"Terrible Service For Recall At This Dealer"
Will from recall department scheduled an appointment for us to coming at 7:45 a.m to replace the dashboard. My husband and I got there on time . We sat there and waited for 3 hrs, and Will came and told us that there is no more dashboard because somebody already took that dashboard. They shouldnt schedule us to coming if they dont have the dashboard.

Hi, my name is Hung Nguyen and I have a 2007 IS 350. I recently visited Westside Lexus for a recalled on my passenger airbag, melted dash, and the door panels. I had the pleasure to have met two highly professional and courteous Service Advisors. There names are Nestor Sorto and Charles Perkins. Nestor Sorto, whom took care of me. They replaced all four of my door panels but had to ordered the dash. He was very knowledgeable and handled my case with the professionalism that you would hope to expected from dealership. For Charles Perkins, he was very kind, patient, and courteous. Ive had some bad experience in the past with dealership and dread to take my car for any of service done. Charles took care of my wifes car, which needed the same service done for the passenger airbag along with the dash and door panels. She ended up having numerous recalls repaired on her car. This is the second time in 10yrs I am buying a vehicle. I thought since I moved farther from the dealership, I would try one closer to home. Huge mistake! When i went to another dealer, none of my questions could be answered. My gut told me I needed to head back to Westside and Steve Machanns team for this big decision. All I ever need to do is schedule my appointment in advance either with a phone call or on-line and hes always there waiting for my arrival. Once my car goes back for analysis hell keep me abreast of anything they discover by discussing the options and how critical these findings are. I like to wait but if its going to take longer than expected, hell get a loaner car ready and I wont have to bring it back until the next day. There are lots of places to sit in the waiting room and beverages are provided. They have a great screen that provides you with up-to-the minute status of your car while being serviced. I highly recommend this dealership when looking for your next vehicle.
