When I buy a new car, I research, re-research, and research again. So when I get to the dealer, I know what the price range should be, and what my car (trade in) is worth. I contacted Central by email at first, and communicated with Johnny, who assured me that we could get a deal done. I expresssed my concern given that the dealer was almost 2 hours away, but he reassured me, and even provided me a rough idea of what the deal would be. Well, his numbers were below what I had figured based on my research, and WELL below the other Jeep dealerships I had been to. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Jeremy, who handled the rest of my deal. He used Johnnys rough numbers to a tee, and there were no surprises. It was the smoothest car purchase Ive ever had. I plan on keeping this one for a long time, but Im recommending Central to all of my friends, near and far, and will definitely go back in the future when I need a new vehicle.
"Wont Be Returning"
I have been back for the same problem twice and each time Im given a run around about something else that "needs to be fixed" besides the original problem. My car is close to new and the original problem still hasnt been fixed. Waste of my money and time. I have never had an issue with any other jeep dealership except this one and wont be going back. Not to mention when I picked up my vehicle after leaving it during a snow storm in February I arrived to pick it up and found it covered in three feet of snow that had iced over. Really??

I did not go back to the original dealership that I had leased from as they never contacted me but I had done service at Central and was always pleased with them so I returned there. Tony addressed all options with me as my current lease was coming to its end and I needed to do something fairly quickly. He spent much of the afternoon with me (apologies!) and followed up with any question I put forth. I would recommend Central to any buyer and Tony specifically as he will put you into the right vehicle without a lot of pressure! Thanks again!

I bought a Jeep Cherokee Limited one year ago from this dealership. I only have 11,000 miles on it. I called the repair department today for an appointment for the first time I have had trouble with the car and was told no appointments for 10 days! I asked to speak to the manager because I was concerned driving over Thanksgiving and she was rude. I love my car but would not buy from this dealership again!

"First-time Truck Owner"
At first I didnt care for Mark. We hopped into a truck to test drive with me and, impatiently and rudely, he honked the horn (while I was in the drivers seat) at a couple in a jeep whos car was broken down in front of us. Their car would not start and they voiced back that they were not happy with his lack of patience. Eventually, the nice folks put their car in neutral and the man pushed it backwards so we could get out of our way. Overall, Mark was great. He is a good salesperson. I went in looking for a Dodge Sport and buying a Longhorn. I fell in love with it! I purchased the truck on a Friday, the day before leaving for a week of vacation. He said the features I wanted would be added while I was away and could pick it up the next Saturday. He held true to his word. I landed in Logan at 1:30 and was picking the truck up by 3:30 with total excitement! When I saw Mark, the first words out of his mouth were, "I thought you were coming in in the morning". I was taken aback by this comment especially since the time was never discussed and I felt as though I was "putting him out". I was too excited about getting the truck so I just brushed it off. I was very happy with Tom and Jason. Matt, and especially Dean were very helpful when picking up my truck. Tom, Dean, Matt and Jason I would give them all a 5 star for customer service. Mark a 3, because he asked me twice, to Write a good review for him and the last time I was there he even ask me to do the review right there at his desk. I felt very pressured.

When we first came here, we were hesitant to get a grand Cherokee. We talked on the phone with Brian, and he pointed us towards Mark Weisman. It was all uphill after that. I found myself wandering around the dealership, my dog in tow, while waiting for a new key to be made for our Dodge Caravan. I found a few Jeeps that I liked, and asked Dan Crivellaro about them. He opened one up and I sat in it - I kind of liked it. Brought my husband down (who had been pushing me to trade in the Subaru that I inherited from my dad) and we actually test drove a V6 Altitude, not the Latitude that I had looked at. It was nice. Dan was great to work with - a nice, knowledgeable guy who was straightforward and not at all pressuring. We came to an agreement on price and trade-in and I am now loving my Certified Pre-Owned Jeep. All car shopping should be this good!

I just got a new Dodge Dart from this dealership last week. I am very pleased all-around thanks to help from sales consultant Erick Noj. It was really a best-case outcome.
