I BOUGHT A 2011 TOYOTA RAV4, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. FIRST I BOUGHT THE CAR SATURDAY, THEY SAID IT WILL BE READY FOR DELIVERY ON MONDAY, MONDAY WHEN I WENT TO PICK THE RAV4 UP IT WAS NOT READY AT ALL THEY HAD FIRED MY SALESMAN JOSH, AND NOBODY WAS SAYING ANYTHING. SO I TOOK THE RAV4 HOME AND HAD TO BRING IT IN THE NEXT DAY SO THEY CAN FIX IT,.. SERVICE DID AN EXELLENT JOB WITH THE RAV4 BUT I STILL TOOK IT HOME DIRTY, AND THEY DID NOT DO THE EMMISION TEST. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH APPLE AUTO, I ASK FOR THE OWNER PHONE # AND WAS IGNORED.
