Our only car suddenly died and I needed another car quickly as I had borrowed a family members car to check out cars I had found on line and I needed to return it as quickly as possible. I found exactly what I was looking for at Vitales Family Auto. Chris, the salesman, showed me the car. It was a 9 passenger 2005 Chevy Tahoe with average mileage and 4WD and a very reasonable price. However this AC was not working and there were a couple of other minor problems. We agreed that if I purchased this car, all the issues would be fixed. Therefore, after a minimum down payment, the owner, Davide arranged financing for the balance at a very low rate. They replaced the AC compressor and repaired the minor problems then called me to pick up the car. Since I didnt have anyone that could bring me to the dealership, I drove there alone and Davide drove the Tahoe to my house and then I drove Davide back to the dealership. About a week later, the AC was not working again. I brought the Tahoe back to the dealership and Donnie, the mechanic drove me back home. Donnie found that the condenser had a bad leak at a seam, so they replaced the condenser, recharged the system and checked for other leaks. They didnt find any other leaks, so Davide and Donnie delivered the car to my house. The AC is working fine now. Davide, the owner, Chris, the salesman, and Donnie, the mechanic were all friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I would recommend Vitales Family Auto to anyone looking for a slightly older used car.

Please read this- DO NOT BUY FROM VITALE FAMILY AUTO! We bought a used vehicle from Vitale Family Auto. A week later, we had to bring it back on two separate occasions for issues. After the second incident, we said that we did not want the car, Dave said this isnt TJ Max, you cant return it. 6 months later the transmission was going. We brought it back and asked him to look at it. He was extremely aggressive and did something to the car so it no longer runs at all. Stay away from this place!

I bought my Altima over two years ago from them and its still running great. He let me have a family mechanic look it over and our mechanic said it was in good shape and a great deal. I had to get my breaks fixed about 18 months after I bought it (normal wear on them) and they gave me a great price and had them fixed in a day. Theyre great guys over there and I feel like Im treated fairly every time I go there. Id be shocked if some of these negative reviews are even real. I would not recommend this place. They unhooked key sensors to fool the test for inspection. Do not let them get you a sticker as the place they use has to be in on fooling you. They laugh a lot but they are laughing at you the customer. They sold me a terrible car and they knew it was. Things can happen with a used car but when they know there are problems they do not deserve to be in business.

My daughter bought her first car here. We wanted a safe car, went back a few times and always had more inventory. Dave the owner was even willing to call us if he found what we were looking for. Research a bunch of places and this company had one of the top and best ratings with the Better Business Bureau. Looked at lots of cars and many diffrent places and ended back at Vitale Family Auto and finally she bought a car there. A couple of things she mentioned before purchasing it like the seat being wore or a nob missing and then took care of it all and not only to our satisfaction but to Dave & Jimmys. They take pride in what they do and it truly shows. That alone was so impressive. These two guys were simply amazing, professional, honest and aimed to please. My first impression of Dave was if my daughter bought a car there and she had issues with it after the warranty Dave would stand by it. His charactor speaks for itself, he seems like a very honest businessman. Dave and Jimmy fixed everything that needed to be fixed and Dave drove it home to be sure it was perfect. They washed the car, got it inspected and filled the tank. I would never buy a new car after seeing what I could get with a used one. Their customer service was outstanding and the experience was a excellent and I would highly recommend them . My daughter loves her car and I feel at ease that she is in a car that is safe. A great big "Thank You" to Dave & Jimmy for everything they did to make this a wonderful experience for my daughter as well as myself. I truly believe that their business goes beyond expectation not only for their inventory but mostly for Dave and Jimmy and the excellent customer service they provide.

Forget whatever you have heard about used car salesmen. This place is the real deal. David, Donny and Jimmy (in alphabetical order) will do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. Low pressure, great service and generally real dedication to doing what needs to be done. Be aware that these guys are busy, constantly trying to satisfy customers, so a little patience is necessary. They never gave up trying to do whatever is necessary to get things right. (They even bought me lunch one time because the repair on my vehicle was delayed.) For me, it was a long commute to get to Tewksbury, but I will gladly do it again when I need to replace any of my vehicles. Ive been buying cars for over fifty years and I can honestly say that no one comes close to these guys.

"Good People, Just Get Car Checked Out First"

Good facilities, great personalities, definitely made the buying process easier than any other dealership I experienced. Got me a sticker, but ended up having problems with the car right after and wasnt able to bring the car back to get problems addressed within the 30 day "bumper to bumper warranty", but thing started going wrong after 30 days. I can honestly say no hard feelings towards the dealer but they definitely should look over their cars more and how they fix them. I had the wrong oil filter on my car from when they did an oil change, and it was the total wrong part and couldve caused some serious damage to the motor. Good guys to do business with, but just make sure you get a second party to look at the car you may buy off them before you do so.

I would not recommend this dealer. I bought a car in April had to return there 4 different times for the same problem before it was actually fixed. I Went to another auto shop to find the transmission fluid was BLACK and the Air filters were gone. Which I was told before anyone sells a car they change all fluids and check air filters, that of course is at a more reputable delaership. I was also told it wouldnt have passed for an inspection sticker which was my first mistake of letting them do it for me as I pulled away from the shop just after recievieng the sticker to find that my brake light and blinker were not working. . A month in a half later the engine blew. I would recommened looking else where!

Im the jeep owner and I have to say I have been here several times because I have brought friends to buy cars from them. I have bought cars here twice and also had repairs done on another car I owned at the time and I have nothing but good things to say . I have contacted Cars.com to remove this from this business site because it can hurt some very nice people who help when others will not. I have contacted the fraud department. I think they need to have people verify who they are it is only right because a business is on the line not to mention the people who own it and work there. I have a Jeep I just bought and it is a 2004 it had problems like any car new or used that you buy . When I took it back to Auto Nation Dave and Donny fixed the issues no problem. Not only that but they fixed some body work that they did not have to do because to be honest its not a safety issue. I was worried buying used but I went there because I trusted them. I did look around but they are the real deal. I hate these sites because anyone can put in any email and lie and ruin a business . They always tell me the time frame of the repairs and what they think it is and they also need time to rule things out. Be patient. Listen people the internet is good but it also has a down side. You can really hurt someone if your just upset . You have to think of the whole picture and how it effects a business and a family before you make a comment . You never get a lot of people saying how happy they are but most people are ready to get right to their computers and write a bad review. That is not fair. Read my review on Yelp . You will see how I felt before the date above and I still feel the same way now . Satisfied! As a matter of fact, my partner will be ready to get a car within the next few months and we are planning on going back to Auto Nation to make that purchase. Dave and Jimmy work very hard to get you the best possible deal and Donny is an excellent mechanic. This will be the third car we have purchased from them. If thats not a satisfied customer, I dont know what is.

i bought a jeep cherokee a few months ago from auto nation and we made a written deal that all of the problems the jeep had would be fixed before i took it home. they did not do a single thing. everything they claimed to have fixed re broke within a week of owning it and i live to far away to bring it back to them. It wouldnt matter if i did bring it back anyways i am sure they would just pretend to fix it again. instead of caring about their work they just went the cheapest possible way out.
