I was skeptical going into a dealership at first. I had a good idea of what I wanted and really didnt want to deal with a pushy salesperson. The process ended up being very easy. I chose the truck I wanted and took it out several times on test drives. Paperwork was signed, their finance person shopped for financing, insurance was taken care of and I picked up my truck. Super easy no pressure dealer. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It was close to closing time and they didnt rush us or tell us they couldnt help. Earlier that day the service department informed us our cobalt was not worth fixing as it needed an engine. The only thing that bothered us was the fact we were given nothing for our cobalt and still charged a service bill after signing the title over and signing papers on a brand new 2016 Silverado. Our salesman was very personable and made our buying experience pleasurable.

I called him Friday morning to set up an afternoon appointment in which the truck I was interested in was ready for a test drive. The associate I worked with, Steve, was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about Chevy products, and in particular the Colorado. Once we made a deal Marty promptly took care of all paperwork. Finally, when I arrived Monday night to pick up my Colorado Steve took the time to point how to operate all the electronics. You sent me an email about fixing me ignition and offering me a free oil change and tire rotation. Yet you failed to let the dealership know about these emails that you send out. They knew nothing about this offer. I looked like I was trying to scam them. I told them on the phone when I made the appt and when I got there. Seemed like they knew what I was talking about but then tried to charge me for the oil change. I had to come back 2 days later because they didnt have the part for the recall and so I brought in the email to show them. In the future please inform your dealers when you make offers to customers. Otherwise - they were very nice - especially the man who helped me - sorry didnt catch his name.

Matt and Danielle provided excellent customer service. I was in for an oil change and had to bring my toddler and Matt offered to help carry in my belongings and Danielle carried my coffee in for me and opened the door for me. Matt updated me when my car was almost ready and Danielle checked on me and my son to see if we needed anything and brought us m&ms. Both of these employees went out of their way to make my experience an amazing one and I would highly recommend service at Chevy of Lowell because of it. I was also highly satisfied with the services performed on my vehicle. Needing to take time out of the day for an oil change when I have a young child and work nights would normally be a nuisance but this staff really made this an enjoyable experience for me and put me in a great mood for the rest of the day.
