I dont make car buying decisions easily. I visited Santa Monica Volvo three times and either test drove one or more cars each time or sat in one or more cars as I narrowed down the make and model of the car I would buy or lease. I spoke with a different person at each visit and was impressed by their customer service attitude. On my first visit I mistakenly visited their remote lot and the representative there showed me all the models available, was knowledgeable about all of them and took me for a test drive. At a subsequent visit to the same lot the representative at that time let me know he was not knowledgeable enough to answer my questions and in a few minutes and someone from the dealership there to answer my questions and take me on another test drive. That impressed me. I ended up leasing a 2016 S60. A trusted friend who is in the automotive business said that in 10 years he hadnt seen a deal as good as the one I got. I recommend these folks to you.

From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. As women buying a car can easily be akin to getting a root canal - A miserable but necessary evil, filled with sexist innuendo and questions about where our husbands might be. Everyone we interacted with at Volvo of Santa Monica, from the Porters, Detailer, Finance and our terrific salesperson Michael were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We especially appreciated being able to continue communicating with Michael via text after we had left the lot, post test drive -This level accessiblility directly contributed to our driving off in our new volvo that same day. We were truly impressed. It was lovely being able to have a terrific experience buying a terrific car.

What is good about Volvo of Santa Monicas Service Department? Everything! I LOVE Volvo. Just traded in an Audi A5 convertible for my Volvo C70 convertible. The main reason I traded in the Audi was service. Santa Monica Service is everything Audi was not. Helpful. Professional. Fast. They fix it right the 1st time and make it SO easy to get on with my day with a loaner car. They are friendly and my car ALWAYS comes back washed and looking great! I couldnt be happier I made the switch to Volvo!

Just today I was confused by a maintenance warning that was popping up, and he promptly came with me to my car and fixed the error, and updated me on when my next service is due.
