I had been searching all over for a GLA with a specific color and set of features. After leaving a deposit at another dealer and having the car sold while I was "waiting for delivery", I was pretty skeptical on whether I would be able to get the car I wanted. So after continuing my search online, I stumbled upon the exact car I wanted at Carriage House. I called to see if it was available and Olin promised me that it was, and with a deposit he will guarantee that it is mine. So I left the deposit on Friday evening, and continued communicating with him over the weekend, providing the necessary information and documents. Olin was very responsive, replying promptly to all the questions I had. On Tuesday, I traveled from Long Island to New London by ferry. I was pretty impressed when Olin offered to pick me up from the ferry station. I arrived at the dealership around 9am and was driving away in my new car in just a couple hours. Michael was also great to work with, very friendly with a good sense of humor. We share the same taste in cars, so we probably spent more time praising our E-classes than handling paperwork. Overall, I had a great buying experience with Olin. It went pretty fast and was very easy. They even worked around an minor issue caused by my insurance company. Id highly recommend Carriage House to anyone going Benz shopping.
