Just purchase a 2014 jeep grand cherokee srt on july 6 2017 fender flares not on place and roof rack missing bolt, was promised to get it fix by the next day july 7 2017 and nothing was fix how i left it i received that truck was not even "DETAIL" yesterday i made an appointment for the same reason for today july 12, 2017 same problem or even worse now my A/C its not even working! Please dont go to this dealer domt make the same mistake i made...

This place has to be the worst dealership ever I purchased a pre owned vehicle here and in less than three months I had to take it in to be serviced...... so I bring it in and it took them about 20 days to give my car back they had to do transmission work on it already in less than three months ...... so Im like whatever lets see how it goes I drive it for a week and everything seems great until it started acting up all over again having the same problems as before...... so Im like this is too much let me go in to the dealer and have them help me out but all they think of there is money not even helping the customer out ..... basically at the end of it all they told me that there was nothing they could do and basically told me to suck it up ....... worst customer service ever
"Water Pump Replacement Tragedy"
The problem happened right before closing ; so I just dropped my car off. Got a call in the morning to tell me they would look at the car and let me know what the problem was and the cost. They called and said it would cost $900. Luckily the guy that helped me researched the issue and found it was covered by the warranty. This is the bad part. They said it would be done by 4 pm. I arrive at 5:45 (give them some extra time). Go to collect my car and they say it is with the car washers. I wait and I wait and I wait. After about 2 hours of wondering whats up they( fess up)tell me that they have lost the keys. The key guy will not be in until tomorrow morning. Oh and we cant give you a car because the rental department is closed. They did not offer me a ride home when I told them where I lived. I had to Uber to my office and borrow the company car to drive home (in the valley). The next morning they offered a shuttle pick up from my office not from my house. Finally got my car at 9 a.m. It was not washed. No coupon for free oil change. No sincere apology. Every time I see a Hooman Dodge anything this horrible experience comes to mind.

"Service Nightmare"
was greeted by Kirk , he is a service specialist, he is always awesome and patient and very helpful, how ever the tiny latin girl in the service dept is extremely rude and deceptive, took my car in for a recall item on my ignition and asked several times for a loaner car, which they never seem to have no matter hoe far ahead you make an appt, until the gm was called personally to handle it, then the appt was finally made, made a date to come re repair the recall ignition which was not repaired properly in the first place which was shown to their service mgr Rocky ,I arrived with my car expecting to take a loaner , and I was then told I needed to have full coverage insurance, I had only liability and asked if I can purchase full coverage which i was responded to in such a rude condescending way by the tiny latin girl behind the service desk , then asked for the gm again and he said he was sorry and he could have me to my destination and picked up which was nice, but I have never had to provide full coverage, oh well thats there rules, but the tiny latin girl should not be working in service, she always has a attitude and is clueless to what to do as she has to refer to the other service lady to get answers, not happy i waited over a week for a loaner and then ruin my schedule again,once my car gets finally repaired, I dont think ill come back there for service until the girl is removed or retrained into proper customer service , leave her attitude at home , Kirk has always been great and gets you in and out as fast as he can
"Typical Used Car Sales Men (and Women)"
Walked up and started looking at the used cars. The sales woman who came to talk to me was super "used car sales" personality. Asked about a car and immediately she was on about how the car was "the best car on the lot" and that "this is the absolute perfect car for you". She also generalized features by manufacturer (all honda cars have 30 mpg regardless of car) and was not giving me any useful information. Yikes that was aggressive. Not coming back.

My experience was quite pleasant, the salesman, I thi nk his name was Chuck was friendly and helpful. Had the car ready before we arrived. Answered all of our questions fairly well. Ultimately was not the car we were looking for.

My husband and I went to another dealership and I was disappointed at their poor attempt of using persuasion tactics to get me to buy a car from them. Also, it wasnt even the car I wanted! I ended up leaving and was referred to this dealership. Walking into Hooman Chrysler, I was impressed by the selection of vehicles out on display. The prices were wonderful and the customer service was unreal! I have never been treated by such patient, kind, and caring sales men. After test driving my third car, I was sold. Went home that night to sleep on it and no one pressured me to get it that night. I came back over bright and early in the morning and purchased the car. Very happy with my purchase.

I brought my Jeep in for my 6 month servicing and was greeted by a helpful service tech. I had 2 recall notices that I tried to have done about 8 months ago and was told back then that the parts were not available and they would call me when the parts arrived. I never got a call back. When I brought my car in for servicing, they also corrected the 2 recalls. I came into the dealership at around 8:30am and was told all the repairs would take about 4 hours. I was not offered a loaner car so I had to make arrangements to get home then back to the dealership. This was the only unpleasant experience but overall my visit was good

It was pleasant for me to get my car serviced here because the staff was very friendly and patient. I had my filter changed and needed two new tires, they offered me a free loaner car while finishing the job and even gave me a discount because of the wait. The place was very clean and new since it is fairly a new dealership and they did an awesome job! thanks guys :)

So I brought my car in for a warranty service and they denied a loaner car for me because Im under 21. My friends never had any issue like this. Also the service advisor Junior Revera was extremely unhelpful. He can never be reached easily, and there was one time he even have hung up one me while I was expressing my frustrations on the phone. Now my car has been there for 3 weeks and I still dont know how much longer the service is gonna take. Worst dealership ever!

I have to say that I absolutely loved how clean and professional their service dept was. Given that it is a pretty new dealership, I was curious to see how their service was. When I arrived, a service advisor attended to me and got me written up, they got me my oil change and car wash and finished everything in less than hour. They were very prompt and polite and def loved their overall service

Hooman is a rotten dealership! In May of 2014, my husband and I traded our car for an SUV at Hooman in Inglewood. The transaction was easy and the salesman was very polite. We were happy with our purchase. Two months into our new car we began receiving calls from our old finance company stating we were behind on our payments. After stating we no longer had the vehicle because we traded it the representative said we were still financially responsible for the car. Come to find out Hooman only called to inquire of the payoff amount but took no further action. My husband called the dealership several times and was left on hold forever. Finally we both visited the dealership and met with the owner. He assured us this was a bad mistake and he would see to it that the issue was resolved within the next 2 days. We believed him. Here we are nearly 7 months after the transaction and we are still dealing with Hoomans crap. This experience has been a royal pain and I would never recommend anyone to purchase from this rotten dealership.

I purchased my first Ram from here and shortly after need a new side mirror due to an accident. They replaced it the same day and had the car washed and detailed! Service dept was very clean and organized, staff was friendly and caring. overall, they provided well rounded service.
