I went in the with a pre-approved loan and I had the car in mind that I wanted. The staff were nice and the building was gorgeous, but it took 6 hours to get in and out of there. They never apologized for the wait either. So, if youre in a hurry, I dont recommend going there. I love the car that I got though!

One service adviser(not my usual who was at lunch when I first arrived) said I needed 4 new tires. I actually only neede dtwo that I came in for. He tried to upsale me but luckily my adviser came back and saidI only needed two. Whoops ,and not good customer relationship with dishonest practices. Head adviser needs to work on that.
"Worst Car Buying Experience Ive Ever Had"
This is by far the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. Ive purchased 19 vehicles most of which are out of state and this has been the worst possible experience. A week to get any progress on an application. Having to call 3-4 times a day to check on people who are supposed to "get right back to you". Zero chain of command to catch massive failures at the lower levels. Leave messages with managers and even the GM, no call back to correct the issue. Not sure if this dealer is too rich to care about making deals or there is just a gross breakdown of oversight but either way I have a hard time seeing how they sell any cars.

This might be the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Stelian was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I got a great deal on my new Range Rover Evoque, and a great value for my trade-in. When I was closing out all the paperwork- Vivian was wonderful as well. They dont try to cover anything up- very straight forward with all information. I got a great car from a great team. Overall it couldnt have been better!

This was a 10,000 mile service. Performed under warranty so no charge. Several computer/software updates were performed, and a defective seat warmer was replaced. The latter was done much more quickly than I had expected; nevertheless the service did straddle a weekend but Hornburg made a rental car available at no charge. I was well satisfied with the work and with the pleasant experience in general.

I had a few different issues with the car that were basically more to do with wear and tear and showed up unannounced and John worked me into the schedule. My wife and i both have Autobiographies and both times they have been in for service we have had horrible experiences. Communication is poor, no returned phone calls and all the requested work wasnt completed. This was escalated to the manager and she promised to get on it right away and call me back. 2 days went by and I never received any follow up. On a bright note, my experience was so poor that they fixed my cracked tail light at no charge.

I was very impressed with the personalized attention that was given by the service department. The problem I had with my older XJ8 involved replacing a single part that cost over $1700 new. John Bervados, the service manager, suggested I try to find a used part instead and he would install it for me....which i did and it saved me over $1500. What a life saver! Overall i was very satisfied with all aspects of the service department at Hornburg. They were honest, polite and straightforward with me, and the repair was done in a timely and professional manner.
