Went on cars.com to research cars and found this dealer had the best prices on many 9 the cars I was looking for. I wasnt sure what kind of car I was looking for but they had a large inventory to choose from. After making a few calls to them on certain cars I found them very knowledgeable and nice. I went to them this weekend and left with a beautiful Mustang. I got 2.9% financing and was very surprised at how quick and easy everything went.

I had been actively searching for a 3 series BMW for my girlfriends birthday. Normally buying a car has always been something I don`t look forward to at all! I was pleasantly surprised about how different this was than your average car buying experience. From the moment I had put in the inquiry the Internet manager at the facility had promptly called me back as I requested. Jessa was knowledgeable and was extremely professional . We had made an appointment to set up a test drive for the car and due to work engagements I had to reschedule. The car unfortunately had gotten sold the very next day and I thought I was going to have to start this process all over, which I was not happy about because I had finally found a place that I was comfortable with and like my previous experiences.I received a phone call and was shocked that Jessa and the owner had gone above and beyond and located another vehicle for me 2 days later!! Not only was this car perfect but it was just in time for my girlfriends actually Birthday.They even had new tires! I looked like a hero but they were the actual hero`s! I never thought id say this about a dealer but, I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone.

What a breeze to buy. I saw a Mustang posted online and decided to go test drive it. When i got there I was impressed with how many options on makes and models they offer. A guy named Howard walked us over to the Mustang I came to see. I knew it was love at first sight and after driving it I was sold. A very nice young man named Enrikee did our paperwork and within the hour we were on the Highway in my dream car. Great job guys!!!!!!!!

I called and asked if they could find the lexus I was looking for, and lone behold they went out an FOUND one for me in my price range. Bought a 2012 Chevrolet Volt on Sept, 2014. The car had 97,0000 miles and I drove it back to SF. When I bought the car I had to wait few hours to see it. When I just arrived to SF I noticed a very small crack on the windshield which wasnt a big deal. 1 Week latter I noticed the car breaking system making noise which was minimal at the same time also, I noticed the car alignment is off which costed me $70 to fix it. The breaking problem became worst which I had to take it to dealer on December 16, 2014 which was around the holidays and was very hard to get an appointment and finally I found out the dealer sold the car to me without fixing the recall issue which is illegal in state of CA. In addition to that they found out the transmission bearing was bad and that was the reason of the breaking noise and loud engine whining noise. The chevy dealer give me an estimate of $1700 to fix the car since they have to open the transmission and change the bearings. This is by far the worst car buying I have experienced.

I bought a 2011 Nissan Armada at their tent sale in Panorama City. I loved the casual atmosphere. I test drove 4 cars and the salesman Victor was very helpful and patient. After going over the monthly payments and interest rate I bought my Armada. They got me a 3.9% interest rate and a great car. Thank you to Keith the sales manager and Victor for a great experience. Ill never go to a traditional dealer again.

My husband and i ended up making a deal with Wholesale Investments Inc. on a 2011Nissan Altima. I should mention Wholesale Investments Inc. is not a car dealership theyre a bank that sell repos. The first day we drove the Altima everything was fine. The next day Im stopped at the light and the car just turned off. I was able to start it again and kept driving and again it turns off while i was on the road. I pull over to the side and the steering wheel was starting to get stiff. The rest of the day it kept turning off every 15 minutes. That night we went back to let them know what was happening and they kept the car and said the mechanic would check it out. They did lend us another car to use while the issue got resolved. The next day they tell us the problem were some sensors and that as soon as they were fixed they were gonna bring the car back from the shop for us to pick up. They told us that on the way back from the shop the car turned off again so they were gonna run some tests to determine the real problem. They asked if we wanted to wait for the car to get fixed or look at something else. I decided to look at something else and found nothing i liked when i test drove or the overall look of the other cars they had available. To top off this whole situation i was told by the salesman i was picky cuz i said i wasnt interested in white, blue or red cars. I shouldnt have someone trying to make me feel guilty for what i dont want in a car. Im buying it so it should be everything i want even if its the smallest dumbest detail. I finally ended up liking an Acura which was a lot more then what we had made the deal for with the Altima and they said we wouldnt be approved for that car due to our credit limit. I said fine, but i dont like anything else and after a few minutes they said they wanted to talk about the price and etc. We almost went with the Acura and before any paperwork started i changed my mind because it didnt feel right, it was a lot more per month and it was about $10,000 more then the Altima. I had a weird feeling when i was making the deal with the Altima at the beginning, but figured i was just nervous cuz it was my first time buying a car. I decided i wanted my money back and they tried to persuade us to get the acura and shot out lower monthly payments, but i couldnt accept something inside me kept saying no. I returned the keys to the car they loaned us and asked for my car back that we had gave as a trade in. When it was time to get our down payment back their credit card machine wasnt reading our card so they said they would process it the next day. Next day came Im calling the guy and his phone is off. I call the office they said they would take care of it and call me back. Did they? NO! The next day after that i spoke to someone else they said they did the refund. A few days later the money still wasnt in the account so we spoke to our bank and they transferred us to their bank. Their bank said the money was taken out of their account and we should see it the next day or so. We didnt see it back until a week later. It was the worst car buying experience of my life! Dont trust this place. My father brought up to my attention when he saw the Altima that it didnt have floor mats and how they didnt gas me up and said it wasnt professional on their part. I didnt think it was a big deal at first until all of these horrible things happened.

Well to start off I was looking for a dependable car because my car gives me too many problems Its a 96 so if its not one thing its another. What I thought was great customer service from Wholesale investments of course is only car sales people really wanting to sell you a car and get your money. The buying process was OK and fast. The car had a tire alert light on dashboard since the beginning and car sales men kept saying it was nothing. They just reset the dash. I had test drove the car and took it home. I took it back into thier shop 2 days later and still they said the tire was ok, just to reset the dash if it lit back up again. A day later coming home from work I was on a completely busted out tire. Then finally they say "Oh your tire had a leak"... (No duh, thats why the tire alert kept coming on!) So I take car into a tire center of thiers which gave great service. As I thought I was now at ease with car problems I was wrong!!! About an hour after tire gets put on Now the back window doesnt want to role up. The window motor makes a sound But the window does not go up at all so now I have to leave the car with a plastic taped on around window to cover window and hope no one breaks in... Im hoping they will fix it and not give me the run around or tell me its nothing again. After all the car will be costing me around 23,000. Oh and not to mention this other experience, 2 days after I take car home I get a call from them telling me to come in and sign a new contract that my monthly payment went down because they got me a lower interest rate. It was a lie! I was told when I went in that it went "UP" because of my credit & had to sign a new contract. I should of ran then.
