"Simply Perfect"
I found myself in the position of needing to purchase two vehicles in one week. For my long commute to downtown LA, I purchased a Nissan Leaf from a Nissan dealership. This was an excruciatingly long process. My salesman was nice, but the place was as busy and noisy as an airport, and then came the sales manager...clearly my salesman was the "good-cop" and the salesmanager was the "bad-cop". After 4 hours I told them I had to go. I purchased the vehicle, but Im still waiting to get my copies of the paperwork! Then, when I had to purchase my second vehicle for my wife, I was fortunate to be put in contact with Ana Romero at Win Hyundai in Carson. From the first email, to a few games of phone-tag, more emails, and finally meeting face-to-face at the dealership, Ana was amazing! Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and fun. We briefly discussed a particular vehilce over the phone and I told her what I was looking for in terms of price and value for my trade-in. She said shed ask her sales manager and call me back. She called me back in 20 min and made a great offer. And she was as good as her word! Once I was at the dealership there was no attempt made to change the deal, or try to push me to spend more. It was just the deal that was offered (a great deal by the way) and lots of friendly service. Ana had the vehicle fueled up and ready to go. She was even thoughtful enough, when all was said and done, to park my old vehilce next to the new one in case I needed to transfer belongings from one to the other. The whole time I was at the dealership (which they kept to less than two hours!!!) she was either making the time go by pleasantly with conversation, or checking on me and offering me water, coffee, or anything else I needed. Ana is an amazing young lady and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Anas sales manager was just as amazing! Chris was quick, professional, calm, and friendly. He made easy conversation and no pressure whatsoever. When I had waited about 20 minutes for the finance guy (which didnt really seem like I was waiting because I was talking with Ana) he came over, grabbed my paperwork, and ran all the finance stuff himself and walked me through all the signing. No good-cop, bad-cop here...just Amazing and Amazing!! The dealership itself was a breath of fresh air. It was quiet, calm and very relaxing. All the staff were friendly without being overbearing. I wish I had the need to buy another vehicle! Anyone looking to buy a car should start here. Ask for Ana Romero. You wont regret it!

Brought car in for the oil change special and was help by Barry . Very nice and polite wrote me up quick, Told Barry I only had little time to perform service as I was on my lunch break.. Anyways they got it done in a Hr + and that was with a car wash .. And after he went over the inspection report and let me know what they did and what they suggested..I made a appointment to get some other work performed cause I liked the way the service was and hassle free.. Also they had a nice waiting room with coffee and wi Fi ..

My wife took her car in last week and I couldnt be any happier with the service she had. The service guys where all nice to her. She was helped out by Ernesto and she said he was honest about the work she needed done on her car and didnt feel like he was trying to make her get things done on her car that she didnt need. She was really impressed with the quick service and friendly employees. She said it was so hot that day that the service guy that helped her out immediately offered her water. I feel completely comfortable now with sending her on her own to this dealer and knowing that they wont rip her off. I know she will be back to get service done here and help from Ernesto . Called in this morning to set up an appointment (AGAIN. I also tried doing this some time ago) and the same disappointing thing happened. I was on hold for over 10 minutes, I called back and the same thing happened. I am DONE with this dealer. How is it that they still have these people employed, and how is it that they havent improved their customer service department? If I could give them less than a star, I would. Stay away from here. If you are searching to buy a car, this horrific service department is waiting for you.

I just bought my 2nd Corvette from Bill Rodgers at Win. Bill sold me a new 2007 which we traded in on our new 2015 Stingray. As with our previous purchase, Bill guided us through the option selection process. Both Bill and his Sales Manager Rey Gonzalez kept in constant contact with me as the order process proceeded. When we took delivery of the Stingray, the Finance Manager made the paper signing very easy and quick. Over time we have purchase several vehicles from the dealership, an Impala, SUVs, trucks and a three Corvettes and with each purchase we never had a bad experience so I guess that is why we keep going back.

I came in today to WIN looking to complete a lease that I had been researching for about a month or so now. Ive purchased multiple brand new cars in the past and even with preparation, education, knowledge about the product, understanding the specific vehicle that I want, I will invariably sit in the showroom for long, torturous hours trying to complete what should be a simple process. Previously Ive bought my Toyota Matrix from Hamer Toyota in the San Fernando Valley, a Hyundai Santa Fe from Puente Hills Hyundai and this place outdoes them all. I went in, found the vehicle I wanted, test drove it, sat down, filled out the application and had the process fully negotiated inside of 45 minutes. What a relief it was to be able to come and not have the prior experiences that I have had. The staff was friendly, direct and gave me the confidence I needed in them to complete the deal. Id be more than happy to have my friends and family referred here if theyre looking for a new vehicle as I think they would be treated well as I have been.

This is the 2nd Corvette I have bought from Bill Rodgers at Win Chevrolet. As with my previous vette, a 2007, Bill was very instrumental in helping me select the right combination of options that best suited me. He did the same as we went through the option selection process for the 2015 Stingray. Bill and his sales manager Rey Gonzalez held my hand throughout the entire process and they were always available to answer my questions as we waited for the car to be delivered. I was amazed at how fast and efficient the Finance Manager took me through the paperwork process. He answered questions that I had before I asked them. Overall, the win Team made buying the Stingray a very pleasant experience. for the past 20 plus years I have bought more than 7 vehicles Cars, Trucks, Corvettes and Suvs from the dealership and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend the dealership and Bill and Rey in particular.

"Horrific Service Department/sales"
HORRIFIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT & SALES I dont usually waste my time writing reviews and I dont really have the time to do them, but I had to leave a review for this place. SALES: I purchased my 2014 Veloster from them and this should have been grounds for me to run. The sales guy at first was accommodating, friendly and pleasing to deal with. He found me the car I wanted and all was good... until the day came when they ran my credit and he realized I had a trade-in. To cut all this short, his attitude changed completely and became totally distant. He even went as far as to say, "Maybe you can go to another dealer." Bottom line is I still got the car here despite his terrible attitude, and it was due to his boss that was more professional than he. Still this was an unpleasant experience... but this is not the worst part. ((SERVICE DEPARTMENT)) DO NOT COME HERE. Their service department is just the worst. Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment with them to bring my car in for several problems I am having with the car, and the person that answers the phone, 2 TIMES, I had him tell me, "Can I give you a call back?" and never did. I gave them one more try before I left this review and guess what... he said the same thing to me again. I am just horrified that a place like this would have such horrific customer service. Just to get transferred to the customer service department it took almost 10 minutes. The number you call initially is to Win Chevrolet, from there the person that answers transfers you to Hyundai, then the receptionist there asks where can she transfer you... again. I just dont get it. Go anywhere else but here. Hell, even Southbay Hyundai is better, and they were horrible also, but at least they took care of me.

I recently purchased my Camaro from Danny Hernandez about 6 months ago. He was very easy to deal with, I sent in my request for pricing and recieved it right away. It was a no haggle process and everyone was very very nice. I have bought 2 new cars before and I must admit that this one was the best experience so far. They have a lot of inventory and a very big showroom. I just came in for my first oil change and was in and out quicker than it would have been at Jiffy Lube. I plan in referring as many people as I can here. Its a great place to buy a car.

I was in the market for buying a new Corvette. I did all my shopping online. I did an email blast to several dealers within my area on what I was looking for. Win Chevrolet gave me the best price and other dealers wanted several much more for the same model. I went to Win Chevrolet, test drove the vehicle, and agreed on price. The whole process took about 90 minutes. No haggling back and forth, nor were there any games played. I only dealt with my salesman and finance person. There was no pressure to up sell me on anything. The facility here is really nice too. I would buy here again.
"Stay Away, Avoid At All Costs"
This dealership tried the classic bait and switch. Advertise using every rebates that you likely will not have. IE: Military service Just graduated College in the last 6 months. Already own a Hyndai Use their financing Additionally, when contacted they tell you that the car is no longer on the lot and then call you later and say that they in fact do have the car and several people are interested. Then they hang up on you if you call them out on it. Avoid at all costs.
"Scam Dealer"
I went on line made an offer for 2010 cobalt they accepted my offer after driving 3hrs they told me the car was sold. they used the old bait and switch and offered me a 2007 for the same price. This is the first time I have been scammed by an authorized chevy dealer. Be ***warned*** stay away from this dealer for used cars. Although they were informed by me the car was gone as of the day of this review, all web sites still list the car as available. Which proves my point the manager uses bait and switch tactics. I was very upset leaving, however God blessed I got a great deal at Miller Honda, Culver City 10 miles away go there they have very high ethics and will take great care of you. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.
