This was my first car buying experience, and i really can’t Imagine how it could have gone any better! My dear Pontiac had died on me two days previous andI was incredibly attatched to her. Finding a new car, I knew would be hard. I needed a car soon though, and was recommended Shaker’s Kia. Of all the places I searched, I fell in love with my car. I went the following day to Shaker’s and was so impressed by the atomosphere created there. Everything was open, everyone was kind and attentive. The best, was James Croft, who helped me get the car of my dreams. He made the process sl understandable to me, a first timer, and made sure I was aware of everything I was signing on to. Excellent in creating comfort and relatability which only made me love the place more. He considered all my conditions and helped me find the best fit, and did all he could to ensure I left with my car day of. James was educated and thorough and made me feel I would definitely come back again someday for all my car needs! Never had such great service!
