Id ordered a 2018 Forester from the factory as I wanted It in August. Dealer Jim Nielson who I had met shopping on the internet showed me the options available, helped me determine what I needed in my car and kept me informed as the vehicle approached its pick-up date. I have owned a Subaru Impreza Outback Sport since 2005 and Ive loved every minute of it. When the transmission started giving me problems I took it to service at Subaru Pacific. While waiting for the diagnostics from the mechanics, I was contacted by Yulissa Rabines to check whether I would be interested in a new car. When the bill came from Service, it was in excess of $2500, for a car worth (according to KBB) no more than $3500. It was then that I decided to get a new Subaru. Yulissa walked mw through the whole process, gave me the best possible price and took care of the service bill of my old Subaru. I ended up with a CrossTrek Limited CVR, and I am very happy with it. Definitely recommend it!

Once again, this is the best car shopping experience one could ask for! I had a trio of amazing help, getting us the car we loved and needed. We had an appointment with Kamiran Beck, but since we get everywhere too early and Kamiran was closing another deal, we had the pleasure of working with Kevin Anderson on his third day. You would never know it was his third day except that he told us. Kevin was knowledgeable, not pushy, hilarious, and helpful. When we went over to financing, Jason Anderson was also truly amazing. he worked with the finance office, got us a great deal, gave us great advice that saved us money, and was also super knowledgeable, not pushy, hilarious and helpful, that could be the motto for this dealership! When it was time to drive home in our new car, Kamiran Beck swooped in and I swear, patiently and incredibly enthusiastically talked us through every feature, and then gave us amazing follow up via text. We really enjoyed what is normally a painful and expensive experience, new car shopping, right before the holidays. "Great Service From Subaru Pacific And Ben Edens"
My wife and I live in Novato, CA and on a trip to LA on July 28, 2017 trip to visit family we noticed that a headlight was out on our 2011 Subaru Outback. We made an appointment for service on our way to LA and arrived on time for it. Ben Edens was our Service Advisor. His research discovered that, because of a repair to these headlights as a result of a recall, we might be eligible for a warranty repair at no cost to us except for labor. In addition we asked if we could get an oil change, which he added. We went shopping while the car was being worked on. When we returned we found the car was still being repaired because the service technicians had found that the headlight bulb was good, but there was a problem with the electrical system that they were trying to find and fix. The upshot was that Ben and the Subaru Pacific service team repaired and replaced a bad connector part at no cost, honored the bulb warranty, and did the oil change and inspection. Ben Edens handled our case excellently from start to finish, his service team honored our warranty and waived labor charges for a good repair. Ben and Subaru Pacific have earned our thanks for their generous and diligent effort on our behalf--we were especially impressed as we had never been in the dealership before, if they would do this for a stranger think of what they would do for you if you were a regular customer. It we lived in LA, we WOULD be a regular customer.

From start to finish the Costco Auto Purchase Program was awesome! Unlike most car buying experiences in my past....feeling like I was prepping myself to enter the ring of a WWE Championship match....this was quite the opposite! There was zero negotiating. The sales representative, Jim Nielson, was great! He took the time to test drive a few vehicles with me. He showed me their invoice price on both vehicles, and then showed me the Costco discount. It was a super fair price. I pulled the trigger and was out the door within an hour after the decision. I highly recommend the Costco program. Lastly, I was directed to use the program from a friend of mine who manages a local car dealer. He said.."are you a Costco member? If so, use their program. The price you get and the ease of the process is great!". He was right! Thanks again Pacific Subaru!
"Time For A New Outback"
Once I found out that Jim Nielson worked at Pacific Subaru I paid him a visit, this was about 2 months ago in June 2017. I was driving a 2010 Outback that I dearly loved, but it was getting a little old, kinda like Jim, so in August when I decided that it was time to get a new 2017 Outback, I gave Jim a call. We took care of all the details over the phone so when I came in all I had to do was go right to finance, it was that easy, I never even asked him the selling cost of the car, all I new is that the payments were so low, it had to be a smoking deal. I was recently in the car business for 7 years, so I know a "Car Salesman" when I see one, I have also purchased 18 cars in my life time, I like cars. Its great to see that people like Jim in the car business, still believe in old fashion customer service and satisfaction, Jim did not sell me a car, he sold me on his ability to make things happen, end of story. I have now leased 3 cars from LA Car Guy dealers over the past few years, and it is obvious to me by looking and working with the staff, that they take care of there employees. This is the kind of dealer I want to do business with, a happy employee will always treat their customers better, its a trickle down effect, stop by and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

I have nothing negative to say about pacific Subaru. From the sale to my first service to a repair I needed done. My most recent experience was my service and repair. Ben Edens my service advisor is straight forward and asks all the right questions to narrow down exactly what needs to be done. Parts came in a timely manner and the repair which was supposed to take a day took less than half. Very pleased with every experience I have had so far. As far as sales go Tom desaint is patient, knowledgeable and will get you what want. I love this place and so do my dogs!

Go ahead and try calling the business office.. Thats indicates they only cater to the sales department... Its been 3 months and my finance company has not received the title and my interest will increase 700% Its been 3 months and I have not received my license plates... I cannot find anyone in two weeks of trying to help...
