We have leased 2 cars at a time for the past 4 years and was working with another salesman but became very dissatisfied with the last transaction I had with him. When it was time for our other Jeep lease to be turned in I wasnt sure I wanted to return to Nielsen but Im glad I did!! Our service rep Jennifer was terrific. However we do have some issues. First bearings in a manual transmission failing after less than 30K miles is not good -- doesnt give a good feeling about the durability of our vehicle. Second it took a month to complete the service -- due to warranty approval and parts availability. Certainly not Jennifers fault but not very good from our perspective.

Alexandra was so warm, and friendly, and made my wife and I feel like the only customers in the world!! Alexandra put a lot of emphasis on one thing-Doing business the right way. Awesome custumer service.... I will never go back to RT 46 Jeep for service. Nielsen identified the problem and fixed it. RT 46 told me it was a common problem with wranglers! Just a common noise wranglers make when they get to that Mileage. 150$ diagnostic fee and two days... and NOTHING! Thank you Nielsen! My wrangler now running like a top again!

Wanted to get my oil changed and didnt have an appointment so I called they said bring it right in. Their express service was great I was in and out of there in less than 40 minutes and they did a multi point check on the vehicle and filled it with washer fluid . Being unannounced and to get out of there in that little time was great. The people at Nielsen value my time as much as theirs and I have genuine Mopar parts installed to boot.
