About a year ago, I had to get a car in kind of an emergency and went to a shady car dealer in Framingham and got a less than ideal car and a less than ideal loan. When the time came last month to correct that mistake, the folks at Maple Street Auto center were super nice and got me into a 2013 Ford Escape that I love and a much fairer loan. A couple of weeks after I picked up the car, I noticed a couple of very minor things that needed tweaking and they ordered the parts and took care of it right away and did the work in way less time than I expected. Great local business, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for great customer service and a quality vehicle!

we were looking for a used car for our daughter. Maple Street Auto had the perfect vehicle for her. We purchased the vehicle and got it home registered and inspected. about a week later the check engine light came on. we called Maple Street and they told us to bring it back and they would take care of it. which they did as promised. Unfortunately for both of us the issue was far more complicated than either of us ever would have imagined. it took several weeks to diagnose the problem. though it all Maple Street was communicating on a regular basis with us. and I must say at great expense to them they fixed the problem and returned the vehicle to me in great working order. I felt like I was treated fairly and with respect throughout the repair process. I would definitely purchase again from them and happily recommend Maple Street to someone looking for a used vehicle.
