I had a problem with my car not starting sounded like my battery ,I brought my car in and was told by the technician that they checked everything and everything checked out o k all he did was put a new battery in my key faub.problem didnt go away my car wouldnt start twice after, I had to call triple A I took my car in that night left my keys in the lock box waiting for Hamer to call me after no call at 9 am I called service center I was told that the service center supervisor would call me by 1015 that didnt happen instead I got a text from a person named David if I had any questions to text him and he would get back to me asap so I did an hour and a half later he called and explained that I needed a new battery all this should have been taken care of the first time I brought in the car . Very poor service

All the people I dealt with were friendly and competent, especially Jerry, and I am happy with the car. However, the over-all process was a great deal longer than it needed to be and I drove away in my new Camry seething because Id spent so much time there (over two days), mostly waiting around. Yes, it was a holiday weekend, but you should have known to staff for the crowds. The message is that the customers time is not worth conserving, and that is very bad public relations. I came in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted, subject to a test drive, yet to buy it took more than seven and a half hours, which is surely excessive and inefficient. I doubt if I will be back when its time to buy another.

My server, Angel, was very polite and helpful. What I didnt like was having to wait for 20 minutes after he said "bye" and gave me the invoice in the 90-degree heat for my car to arrive from the bay. This is the third time I had to wait for a long period of time for the car return. Why is this happening? Theyre obviously finished working on it, so I see no reason for it to be over a minute before they return the car.

Friendly service and pleasant environment, my biggest complaint is the wait time in particular when you have an appointment. I waited 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change with no update until the last 30 minutes telling me I needed additional work done hat would cost $50 I was fine with the fee. Im just trying to understand whats the point of havin an appointment if I still have to wait close to 4 hrs and was never told it would take that long.
