We came in looking to buy a rather inexpensive truck, they let us test drive it, and then proceeded to tell us that we *cant* Buy said truck due to someone else putting a deposit on it. Then they offered a bunch of more expensive vehicles (one of which was completely trashed and gross), and they told us to wait until Monday for the truck we initially called ahead for. It was sold on Monday (we came in on Saturday), and Ill never go back here.

Extremely rude way of selling by pointing fingers and asking what i want in a car when i came into find out more information. The staff is not friendly and it was a terrible experience. The manger at the time asked me to leave for asking for a better deal which was completely unprofessional. They tried to charge you 3 times the amount of tax in "fees". They bring you in by sending you emails that is not the price you would paying. The agent that was helping kept going to the back to talk to the manager and coming back instead of actualy helping. Maybe the agents should know more information. The agent spoke very rude everytime he returned. Maybe its the management that is the problem.

"Horrible Experience At Edison Nissan - Wont Recon"

I had the worst experience of dealing with any dealership. To cut the long story short, I visited the dealership and I chose the car and deal was finalised and sales rep made me repost $1000 against it. When I reached to finalise the deal, I met John & Charles and they stated that earlier sales rep is no more working for EdisonNissan and they can not honour the deal we agreed upon and when I asked for the refund, I was assured that money will be transferred quickly, but still I am waiting to hear from them. When you call up their extension, no response....horrible people, horrible dealership and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Had a very bad experience at Edison Nissan recently. Long story short, my husband and I went back there to renew our lease and get a new car. The company basically took the first payment from us that day and didnt apply it where it was supposed to go. We made a payment 2 weeks before the 1st months payment was due and 11 days after the payment was due I started to get calls from the company saying my account was past due. After MANY phone calls to edison nissan, the sales rep, the manager and nissan finance - no one could give us a clear answer as to where my first payment went since it wasnt reflecting on my account anywhere. We were then told we would be sent a check in the mail for a refund for the first payment. Only a week later to call back to ask where it was and then we were told, there is no way they can issue a check because they lost money on this deal. I am beyond frustrated and at this point dont ever want to deal with Edison Nissan again. They basically took a payment from us and applied it to where ever they wanted to, screwed our account up, then lied about what they were going to do to fix it. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to use Edison Nissan ever.
