"Helpful Staff"
I test drove an auto at this dealership. Jesus was my salesman and was very helpful, courteous, and not at all pushy. I did not end up purchasing from him, but I would return definitely the next time I am in need of a used vehicle.
"Really Pleasant Experience, Love The Car."
I dont know why moms get attached to their old cars, but they do. Especially if its been reliable and stable through the years. Like my mother in laws old Mercedes was. But its days of glory were long gone, and though it was difficult for her to accept, she finally agreed to a new car. Wed been looking around for a while, but happened to stop by Ario Auto Sales while heading back from home. I didnt think it would all happen as fast as it did, but we left with a 2001 BMW. Boby was our salesman. He wasnt pushy but very knowledgeable. This car was everything she was looking for: it was absolutely stunning, mint condition, and we got a really great deal on it. Like... really great. So if youre looking for a used car Id highly recommend this place. Weve been to a ton of dealers and just walked out with an uneasy feeling. I really liked that the cars all had a carfax available so you know what youre getting yourself into. It was a really pleasant experience. Shes had the car for a few weeks now and absolutely loves it.
"Best Car Ive Ever Had"
Ive been buying cars from from them for a lot longer than I care to admit. I have lost count of how many cars I have bought, but its quite a few. they always work hard to get me the car I want at a price I can afford. they became my "go to" guys for cars. I currently have a Lexus RX 300 that I bought from them thats been the best car Ive ever had.
"Not A Good Choice"
10-07-2013
All the poor reviews are consistent with my experience. I noticed the replies from Ario to the bad reviews all try to spin the blame back at the reviewer/consumer, or they play dumb like, "you should of contacted us before doing any repairs to the vehicle...we would have gotten you a better price" Seriously....you sell us a mechanically broken vehicle and now we should come back to you and pay you more money to get it fixed....what a joke. Advice to Ario....What you should do is be honest about the condition of the vehicle...then maybe the consumer knows what they will be getting into...you might not make as much a profit, but at least future customers wont be scared off by the horrible reviews. Honesty goes a long way. Also, get rid of the 3 month warranty...its not worth a penny....will just add more frustration to the consumers experience when they find out you sold them a bum vehicle. Future consumers....Dont waste your time here.
"Friendly Staff And A Decent Selection Of Cars"
A few months ago I was shopping around for a used car that would fall within my small budget. The process was taking its time since it was very difficult for me to find the right car that would be in an acceptable condition. I saw one of Ario Autos ads online and after arranging a test drive with them, we were able to reach an agreement on the price, as well as taking care of the few minor issues that the vehicle had. They were honest and open with me about the condition of the car and I could not be happier with the deal that I got in the end. Ive had my car for 4 months now and have had no issues other than the regular maintenance of the vehicle... Buying a used car can be a tricky and difficult task and there is always some risk associated with what youre ending up with, but I would recommend these guys due to their friendly service and helpfulness.
"Do Not Buy From Here."
09-13-2013
Do not buy from there. Bought a car 3 months ago and even if they give you a 3 months warranty on the engine they wont tell you there is so many other problems. $2,000 is what I need to pay to fix the issues that existed when I bought the car. If youre thinking of buying there make your own mechanic check the whole car. Instead now I have to pay for a fuel pump, transmission liquids, suspension blocks (front and rear).
"Great Crew Im Glad I Made My Purchase Here"
Great place always willing to help. Jesus set me up with the purchase and the purchasing was flawless. I later had a minor electrical problem and they took care of it and even paid the bills for parts and labor. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and let them know its worth coming to LA for service like this.
"My Car Is Running Like A Dream"
Got this place recommended by a friend and really happy I found it. Recently bought an old Jeep from them and love it. There is no pressure from the guys working there like there usually is when you go to a car dealer. They really guide you and are very honest about their cars and take pride in having really good used cars. My car is running like a dream and have only had minor problems with it but thats something you have to take into mind an ld budget for when buying an old used car with a lot of miles on it. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car and will be back myself if Im to get another car.
"Took A Chance"

Saw a BMW on their website that I was very interested in. They worked with me on trading in my vehicle and was offered a good price on the trade in and vehicle purchase price. Cosmetically, the car was beautiful inside and out. Mechanically sound, the car was not....not even close. Called them up a few times and never got a call back. Ended up having to go there in person and was told that my trade-in didnt make them any money, so they would not cover any of the cost of repairs, plus, as others noted below, they are not obligated to. Very disappointing experience.
"I Got A Great Car, Great Price With Great Service"
After going to several other used car lots. Being disappointed with the used car lot next door, we decided to just take a look to see what they had. If youre in the market of a used car, check these guys out first... If any of my friends are looking, I would recommend this place again and again. I got a great car, great price with great service. Couldnt be more happy. Thank You!!
"Good Experience. Go See Jesus And/or Tj"
Just purchased a Honda Civic. Worked with Jesus and TJ. Both were very professional and both had a great sense of humor. Overall a fun experience. I looked at a vehicle at another "dealership" up the street from Ario and that experience was real shady. I honestly thought I was going to get the same treatment when I came to Ario, (being in the same neighborhood) but I was pleasantly surprised. They worked with me on the price and I believe they were very fair and overall just a great experience. When ever it comes to cars buying them or getting them repaired, obviously we all dread it, but once you find that car dealership or mechanic that you can trust you want to hang on to them for life! I found this dealership to be one of those "good guys". They have a very decent inventory as well, I would recommend you check them out!
"Just Protect Yourself...learn From Me"
A few things to keep in mind before shopping for a car here...learn from me. - Many of the cars here come from the auction channel or via trade-in. No one anywhere in that channel has any obligation to fix anything, even if they know about it, before it gets to you. - If any repairs are required on the vehicle, to make it sellable to a consumer, odds are its more of a "band-aid" type fix to mask the issues(which in my case it was). Ask about the mechanic they use to fix their cars and read the reviews for that mechanic. - I would recommend doing some type of pre purchase inspection on the vehicle. Keep in mind, there are few types that vary in price. A simple safety inspection will make sure the car is safe to drive and no leaks. A more in-depth one will cost more, but will give you a good idea of any future repairs needed and/or "band-aid" type repairs that were made. Also have them check when the last time the fault codes/computer was reset. If it was reset less than 100 miles ago, I would be suspicious. - If you do decide to buy, you will be offered a contract cancellation option that I believe lasts only 7days. Costs about $250 upfront and possibly an additional $200 - $500 if you decide to exercise that option(depends on price of vehicle). This gives you 7 days to return the vehicle. Based on the previous reviews and my experience, this option would have paid for itself as the mechanical problems were clearly evident within 7 days of the purchase. - If the price of the vehicle is too good to be true, it probably is. - If the vehicle comes with some type of extended warranty...keep in mind these cover very little. Recommend doing some type of search on the provider/servicer of the warranty to see how others have faired with it. And if you decide to execute on this warranty, it is not a painless process...be ready for a fight. In my case, purchased a vehicle with a serious mechanical issue that was band-aided. Whether the band-aid fix happened somewhere else or by Ario...I dont know. Was told I would not be compensated for anything as they have no obligation. But was offered to use their mechanic to get a good price. Problem I had, is whether or not this mechanic was the one who band-aided it originally...I gave it 50/50. Based on that and their reviews, decided to pass on using them. If you know a lot about cars and know how to repair them yourself...then this is the place for you.
"Cant Say The Same As The Others"
06-17-2013
Was greeted and treated great during the buying process. Friendly staff. But at the end of the day, that is all meaningless if the car I purchased breaks down a week after purchase. If you decide to purchase a car here, just cover your bases and protect yourself in case the car you purchase is not mechanically up to par. Because odds are it wont be, and they have no obligation to address it.
"Run For The Hills"

I bought a 2004 Saab here and the VERY SAME DAY ON THE WAY HOME the transmission started giving me issues. When I called Alex got on the phone and went on to tell me " the drive the car and there was nooooo issues". Fast forward to today, 6 days later.... Ive had to replace the tires ( they claimed was like new tires...they were from 2006, I replaced tires, struts, shocks and did two alignment . Today my transmission totally went out and was towed home .
"Great Deal, Great Experience!"
I shopped around for a vehicle for over a week and finally came across this great Ario Auto dealership. The friendly sales representatives worked with me on the price, they changed the brake pads, oil change and also gave me a 3 Month Warranty.. Im very satisfied I bought the car I wanted at the right price. I highly reccomend Ario Auto.
"No Brainer For A Great And Dependable Cars"

"A++ Experience"
Here in US for a short visit. I Bought my car 8 months ago from ario auto. I Just filled up the gas tank and had no problems or surprises. I Sold my car today and made $450 after 8 months of driving. If you are looking for a great deal on inexpensive cars I suggest you visit them. Thank you and will return for another car once back in LA.
"Bad Experience"
10-12-2012
I bought a used car from Ario after test driving it and seeing the carfax, etc. I was given all paperwork on the car including recent repairs, and it seemed like it would be fine. The very next day the car stalled while driving, check engine light came on, etc. Took it to a mechanic who thought it was the idle air control valve. After that didnt work and a week of having several mechanics attempt to diagnose the problem, I found out that the car had a burnt ECM (computer) and wiring harness. Repairs were $1600. I called Ario furious and was offered little help, however after badgering them several times they agreed to pay for SOME of the repairs if I took my car to a mechanic they worked with. I finally got the car fixed but still paid $1500 out of my own pocket with all the diagnostics and repairs. Perhaps it is just bad luck and not Arios fault, but I dont know; I was very angry. The car now seems to run perfectly but the check engine light has come back on...
"Great Deal On A Great Car"
Very Happy with my purchase. Highly Recommended A+ customer service.
