The prices at this dealership are significantly higher than those at other ford dealerships. Management simply does not provide the sale staff with room to negotiate. I have visited the establishment to test drive cars before leasing my last 2 fords. On both occasions another dealership was able to beat their price by between 2 and 2.5k over the life of the lease while also offering me an upgraded model. Also the "vip" program is useless. Yes they provide you with free oil changes..just be prepared to waste the day waiting for them to provide you with your "VIP" service. An oil change takes 20 minutes. A Vip oil change takes 4-6 hours.. All dealerships carve a profit out of each sale but Levittown Ford is downright greedy.

I was greeted by Alison J. with a bright smile and great conversation until a salesperson was ready to assist me. Charlie Spears was the best salesperson Ive worked with during my search for a new car. I went to Buick GMC, Toyota, Nissan and Mazda dealerships and Charlies customer service was by far the best! Charlie focused on my comfort in both driving a vehicle and affording the payments. When I brought my husband in to meet Charlie, he found him to be a nice change of pace for a salesperson as well. He didnt make us feel pressured into anything and let the choice be completely up to us. As much as I love my Ford Escape SE, I have to say Charlies customer service is what sold me. When he brought over Mr. Merritt, I was so pleased to find his humor and genuine spirit matched Charlies. It made me confident that I not only had a great salesperson, but I picked a great dealership!

"Second Was Not A Charm ....."
This was the second time we were there ... First time the service was great ..... The second time we seem to be a bother to them .... The Asst Manger that we dealt with the second time didnt seem to be interested or knowable about what needed to be done with the car. As well as not explaining why they could not take our EMS org tax exempt. They lost out on over 200 worth of work. The main reason we brought the car there was for recalls. I dont know if we will bring our vehicles there again.

"I Was There Twice..."
I was there twice. Once for me, and once for my wife. I was looking to buy a new 2015. We negotiated and the sales person would have to go to the sales manager. If I had a question, the sales person had to go to the sales manager. Kept me waiting a long time when he went to the sales manager. The price he came back with from the sales manager was the only price they would take...ended up buying at a different Ford dealer. Went back when they had a Fusion advertised for my wife. Same thing happened. Salesman had to go back and forth to the sales manager. Really annoying and also kind of funny...like a little child asking his parents permission. We once again, ended up buying at a different Ford dealer. It seems like they only want to sell cars on their terms. Other Ford dealers we made the deal with the sales person only. No back and forth to the sales manager. Why does Levittown Ford even have sales people if they cant make deals on their own? Very annoying to me...to each his own I guess!

After a mixup that was my fault, my sales associate James Mangual bent over backwards to make things right. I thought I was getting a 2016 Explorer Sport with a moonroof yet the model I was about to take delivery of didnt have one. In the rarely practiced mantra of the customer comes first, James and his team secured another Explorer with a moonroof for me in under an hour, took care of all paperwork with insurance and registration for the new truck, and had me on my way. James is your guy if youre in the market for a new car, suv, or truck.
