I bought a great car from Starfire Auto in March of this year. This was a new and pleasant buying experience for me. The vehicles I chose to look at were fully ready when I arrived for my appointment. I needed reliable transportation in great shape and I found the car I wanted right away! Kay is Abes partner and she is friendly and efficient and handled all the paper work quickly. I received the title and registration from the DMV in about a week! I found both Abe and Kay to be very friendly and pleasant folks who I enjoyed doing business with. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from them!!!

I purchased a 2005 AWD Toyota Sienna last January in anticipation of a move to New York state. Abe and Kay were very friendly and helpful. The van was washed and ready when I arrived for my appointment and Abe answered all my questions, and even pointed out every little flaw in the vehicle. He gave me all the time I needed and I could check it out with a mechanic of my choice if I wished. He made everything easy, even getting financing on the spot with a reputable bank. I was so satisfied that I referred my son to them and he also purchased a vehicle from Abe. We are both delighted with our vehicles!

I bought a 1998 Mercedes-Benz ML320 from Starfire Auto, Santa Clarita (Valencia), CA on March 31st 2016. The owners, Abe and Key, were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable It was a very pleasant experience and I was not pressured in any way. Kay even helped me return the rental (followed me in my MBZ and drove me back to Starfire). Kay also added extra gasoline so I could drive back to Palmdale without stopping at gas station. Its nice to be able trust that the car has been closely inspected and all important problems fixed beforehand. Add this to a dealer who prices highly reasonably, puts no pressure on you, and welcomes you inspecting or taking the car to be inspected by mechanic, and its a great experience. They have a professional relationship with a lender and a repair shop, which makes getting financing and future maintenance and service convenient. Abe was on time for our appointment, the office was comfortable, and the paperwork was printed out and explained in an efficient manner. I received my registration from the DMV one week after purchasing my vehicle. All in all, a good experience.

We were looking for an inexpensive used car for my daughter - I explained we werent looking for flashy. Abe made suggestions as well as providing the two cars we were interested in seeing. He was totally comfortable with my request to take the car we chose to a AAA mechanic before we committed to purchase - and he trusted me to take it over to the mechanic I chose. The mechanic gave it a clean bill of health (we may have to replace the clutch in the next couple of years), and we bought the 2001 Golf. My daughter was thrilled. On the way home... the car started flashing the battery warning light. When we pulled over, we had trouble starting the car again, and the gears seemed to be wonky. Oh, no... I called Abe, who was horrified. He called his mechanic and asked us to take the car over right away. We did - it was the alternator, which Abe had replaced (no cost to us). The mechanic also spent a few minutes with my daughter going over shifting in this car (it requires a lighter touch). It could have been a really miserable situation, but Abe made sure the car was repaired and in the condition we expected. He also kept in contact with us while the repairs were made so we knew what was happening. We were really impressed with how he handled the situation and the concern he showed.

Starfire gives you the ease of buying from a private seller with the assurances of a dealer. I was very skeptical of the price of the car thinking that there would be a bunch of fees tacked on. Abe said no, its the price plus tax. I drove all the way from San Diego and would do it again. The whole process was pressure free and hassle free. My Mazdaspeed Miata is still running great, I would definitely make the trip again. Abe is very mindful of the cars he puts up for sale.

I dont ever do anything well under pressure, so when I came up to Starfire I was really happy to not be greeted by the usual salesman. In fact...they just came and handed me the keys, introduced themselves, and left me alone with the car! I couldnt be happier, I took my time, did my own inspection and the car was just as described. Finally I was happy that my search was over. I did my shopping online so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Everything else went well, I was in and out in just over an hour. Looks like a really good place to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, the one I was interested in was sold when I sent my request. Site says if I can see the vehicle, then its still for sale. That was not the case. They did respond quickly to my email, however, so customer service appears to be good.

I came from pretty far away to get a car from Starfire. I felt better making the drive because of the other reviews I read. When I got there, the car was washed and ready, and parked right out front for me to see. They made me feel very comfortable, not rushed, and no pressure. Abe came out and explained some things about the car which was nice of him to do because I would have never even seen some of the things he pointed out. I have never seen a dealer like them before, which is a good thing because I really dont like dealers. Abe and Kay were really easy going, and even though they dont flex on their pricing, they got me a GREAT loan (cheaper than my credit union) and I was okay with the price anyway, I had been shopping for some time. Our search for a pre-owned Infiniti G25 took us to multiple dealers in the Los Angeles area. The cars we saw were OK, kind of basic versions. Then we found a very nicely upgraded G25 at Starfire. Starfire is an internet-based dealer. The have a select inventory of very nice pre-owned cars that meet their discriminating criteria. Working with them was easy: call up, work out a time to meet (the owner Abe was VERY flexible), and work out the financing. They even drove the car and the final paperwork to me for the signatures and hand over. And despite my trepidation about buying used, the car checked out beyond my expectations. I am a happy owner. I highly recommend Starfire and will certainly work with them again.

A very different experience here than at other dealers. Their website claims such and it turned out to be true. Abe at Starfire was very helpful and he is a real car enthusiast. He works by appointment only which worked well for me because I had his full attention and we didnt wasted time. He has deep knowledge of cars and I enjoyed talking with him. He isnt one of those pushy sales guys that are always trying to steer you into a car that you dont need/want but that they have to get off the lot. I never felt that from him at anytime. Ultimately turned out that Starfire did not have the specific car I was looking for so I did not buy (although I wish they had because I would have prefered to give them my business). But I will go back to Starfire for future purchases and I will absolutely recommend them.
