He was simply the best sales person you could have ! Never pushy! Answered questions and concerns and if he was not sure,no issue , He found the answers for you !We felt good in his awareness of what we wanted and the ease in making the sale go well! "2018 Xc60"
I did my due diligence on research before checking out the new 2018 XC60. Edmunds recommended that although there are end of year deals on 2017s if you can wait the upgrades in technology and style are worth the wait. They were right on with that statement. I had no plans to turn in my 2014 XC 70 (great car) but when I test drove the 2018 xc 60 Inscription it was a game changer. Wow. The interior design changes were great. The new larger moon roof etc. I had company for a week and they raved about the back seat comfort and that expanded view. I have had Volvos for many years...This is one of the best. Like a space ship compared to my old old 1974 145.....

I recently purchased an new Volvo XC90 from Volvo Village of Danvers, MA. My shopping and purchasing from this dealership was nothing short of smooth and easy. I was greeted immediately by a friendly sales associate named Tim. He showed me different models, explained features of each and offered me a test drive on the 1st day. On the next visit, I was offered a prolonged test drive, and kept the vehicle for an entire afternoon. When I decided to move forward with my purchase, I called around to check prices. This dealer did not have the exact specs that I wanted in my vehicle, so they were able to get exactly what I wanted from another dealer. The price I paid was most like the best I could get, based on my phone calls. Within a week, I had the exact vehicle I wanted. I did go through a pitch on the additional warranty insurance, but I did not buy it and did not feel pressured to do so. The vehicle was immaculate! The sales experience was much less painful than anything Ive ever been through. Im totally happy with my decision.

They had the used car I was looking for at a fair and reasonable price. Sales staff did a great job answering my questions about the car and we were able to get a deal done. They treated me fairly and with respect through the whole process. I would have preferred if we could have gotten to our final price sooner, but I guess thats how negotiations always go. I spoke with the sales manager Rich and Volvo Village was able to get me into a new 2017 with the exact options I wanted. The purchase was fast and easy - at a fair price, and financing was simple. Delivery was very professional and before I knew it I was driving away in my new 2017 XC60. I cannot recommend they guys enough!

"They Do Not Honor The Safe And Secure Warranty"
When purchasing my Volvo it came with the Safe and Secure Warranty to cover maintenance to 60,000 miles. I have the cardboard brochure and the letter from Volvo indicating this. When I arrived for the 60,000 mile service, Chris (the service worker) informed me that I was only covered to 50,000 miles. I brought him in the brochure and he told me that he did not know why I had it but that I was only covered for 50,000 and would have to pay for the service. After paying for my service, I went home and found the letter from Volvo indicating that in fact the Safe and Secure covered to the 60,000 for me. I called Chris to let him know and he said he was having a Sales person look into it. After 2 days of not hearing back from anyone I reached out to Pierre the Service Mgr. He replied that he had been made aware of the situation just that morning and would be in touch with me shortly regarding it. It is 5 days later and I have not heard back from Pierre, my credit card has been charged (I have put this into a dispute status with the charge company) and I have sent Pierre another email asking for a status update on this situation but I have not heard back yet. My advice - make sure you keep all paper work. I have mine and still having an issue with them covering the last service that is supposed to be covered.

I will begin this review by saying Ive worked in customer service and retail for over 4 years. I currently work for a company that values the customer most. A little background on my car situation and why I made the decision to lease a new car. I was coming to end of my lease with a Ford, I loved my ford and it was my first new car, But after two years I wasnt in love anymore with the car. I saw the new redesigned Sonata and I was hooked. I was buying it no matter what, I just need the right dealership. the national average states, that the average consumer will visit 1-3 dealerships before buying a car. I visited 5! 4 out of five of these dealerships had one thing in common, they misunderstand what important to customers in today industry. one salesmen even said "price and car" are the most important. NO! valuing your customer is. Hyundai Village provide that at every level and even when there were some missteps, they owned up to it and worked hard to fix it. Customers as well need to understand its a two way street. I go into dealerships with a level of respect I expect in return. they will respect you and work with you. I dont often say this, but Im proud of my purchase and Im proud of my local Hyundai dealership. Thank you.

I knew I wanted a Tucson, but I wasnt sure if I should go new or used, and was hoping for some direct and straight-forward advice. That Sunday afternoon Dave showed me several new and used models that were available. I went back Monday evening to take another look, and found a perfect car for me - a 2014 Tucson in Garnet Red with low mileage. Dave answered all my questions with ease, never tried to push me into any deal, and went out of his way to make the delivery very smooth and easy. I called him a few times with questions and he was always available or quick to return my message. I had a bad experience at a previous dealership with a salesman that was more interested in telling me how great he was, rather than how good the car was. Dave was friendly, professional and to the point, exactly what I wanted. I am absolutely delighted with my car, and will recommend Hyundai Village to anyone and everyone!

When I went to this dealership I wasnt exactly sure which model of Hyundai I should get. I wanted to take a look at a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with low mileage and a great price. It got sold - just my luck. However, with only a few questions my salesman Jose was able to find a perfect car for me and my 3 month old son. Very reasonable price for a new car. I have never had any positive experience with previous dealerships that I went to. I could have never imagined that I could own a brand new car. Hyundai Village of Danvers not only made that happen but also made the whole process a very easy and pleasant experience. We will definitely come back for Hyundai Genesis for my husband. About 3 years ago I had to get a car in a hurry and hadnt planned on buying one. I looked for the cheapest lease I could find and found one for an Accent at Hyundai Village. I had never considered a Hyundai before so I figured Id give it a try and I really liked it.
