"Pathetic"
I scheduled an appointment and drove nearly 70 miles one way to look at a 2010 jeep that was supposed to be ready to see. Upon punctual arrival I was informed that the sales person I was supposed to meet was not there. I got shuffled around and made wait over 40 minutes for a test drive. I wasnt even offered a drink of water. The sales person that went on the test drive turned out to not even be the one that was sitting down with me afterwards to talk numbers. Furthermore I was insulted with a trade offer that was less than what just the rubber alone on my vehicle is worth and approximately 25% of what the actual Black Book trade value for my vehicle is. This was the most ridiculous car shopping experience I ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere because you are worth it.

My daughter and I went to this dealership to purchase a Jeep Patriot bas on an inquiry we made on cars.com. We confirmed our appointment a couple of hours prior to our visit to confirm. When we arrived, we waited for a while to see the vehicle. Finally, the salesman told us that the car was in the body shop! They couldnt tell us when we confirmed the appointment? Unprofessional!

First question i asked was whether the recalls were completed and the subsequent messages i got (from 3 separate names) made no reference to the inquiry and only showed interest in when would i come in for a test drive appointment. seemed the interest was in selling a car, rather than customer service. too bad, i was hot on the car listed online.

The eyesight technology gives their cars a second pair of eyes which is always great to have. Traffic is no longer tedious with the automatic cruise control! All I have to do is steer and thats it! I recently purchased a car from them. The customer service was great. The staffs were friendly. However, there was something wrong with the car that I had to bring it back for a repair. Not only that they wouldnt lend me a car to drive back but also, they said the repair would be one day only, turns out to be one week. They have done this to me TWICE already. One day --> One week. I hope they can improve this. Other than that, everything was great.
