I posted a review on my experience regarding a lease I have with Larson Ford. I returned to Larson to lease my 3rd SUV because of its service advisor Ive always dealt with (Mitchel Sperling) when I found out he was still at Larson I decided to go back there for my next lease. I feel Mr Sperling is a great asset to Larson Ford. My problem is and Im sure will never be with Mitchel. He has been working with me to try and help me solve my issues with my new car. Im dissatisfied and very disappointed with the Ford Motor Co. Not with my service advisor.

If you are looking for a new Ford- Larson should definitely be your dealership. Even if there are other Ford dealerships closer to you, they are worth the trip. They go above and beyond to make sure the entire process from start to finish is perfect for the client. Most dealerships make you feel like theyre doing you a favor by helping you. Not Larson! They fully understand that you as the customer have choices and options and will strive to go above and beyond to ensure that theyll make a customer for life. Everyone you deal with in the process of buying your car will be amazing. Bob Barranger should win salesman of the year and Tracy Black the finance manager is the nicest person you could meet! Knowledgeable, Friendly, Caring, Attentive, Respectful- What more could you want! If you can think of something, suggest it because I bet theyd do it for you:) Thats how much they value the customer.

I had trouble with the Sync system in my 2014 Focus. I was upset that the problem seemed to not being addressed. I called Larson Ford and talked to Louis the Service and Parts Manager, he told me that they would solve the problem for me. When I picked up the car, Louis told me that the problem was with the Sync system and not my iPhone as they had thought. It seems that Ford needs to update the Sync system so it will work with the latest update that Apple did for the iPhone. I was annoyed with the service department, however Louis did restore my faith in their ability to provide excellent service. I want to thank Louis and the shop foreman for excellent customer service.

Staff was friendly, service was quick. I dropped my car off for a recall to be done and they also gave me a list of things my car needed but did not pressure me like Downs Ford did to get it done. Downs Ford was very rude and i was worried to bring it to another dealership but they where very friendly here and i will definitely use them in future.

My daughter gave a poor rating . I bought 2 trucks from this dealership, and never had a problem. Until this weekend. The service Manager called me on Monday to make an effort to correct the deficiencies . He was genuinely concerned and wants customers to be satisfied. Once all my issues and concerns are taken care of I will submit a revised rating . They get an E for effort .

Recently just went there with my mom to do a routine check up on her car and an oil change. At first everything was very quite and normal until my mom went to go pay and asked about a rebate. My mom called weeks ago about setting up an appointment for her car and the person she spoke said that there was a rebate of 10.00 off of the oil change and everything else. As my mother was trying to understand why she wasnt getting the rebate a very nasty employee who was handling the payment gave my mom and I attitude. Claiming she would have to go online for the rebate and that it would be taking off the next oil change, it may not seem like she was being rude but the way she said it was very ignorant.My mom was told specifically that she would get the rebate at the dealer ship, but anyway the nasty women kept belittling us in front of another customer and so I snapped right back at her. Its one thing to say Im so sorry for the miscommunication let me find a way or take a look at how I can help you receive the rebate. They have computers in their office they should of sat down with my mom and showed her how to get the rebate, instead the ignorant women coped an attitude. For anyone looking to go to Larson Ford these people 1. Do not dress professional at all, when we got there they were all in jeans and sweat shirts and leggings. 2. Learn customer service, 3. Attitude adjustments, 4. Just Be Professional!!!!!! Its sad that after almost two years of my mom going here and getting good customer care it ended today. Im not expecting people to understand how we felt, but unless you were there send heard this you eluding understand. I should of video taped this. Rethink Larson Ford unless you want to be treated like a doormat!!!!

The entire experience was extremely nice. All of the staff members were very professional and friendly. I leased my 2016 Explorer Sport and I bring it regularly for oil changes and maintenance. I brought my Explorer in to Larson Ford for a check engine light. I was told it was a cam positioning sensor. I had Larson Ford replace it. The problem had not been fixed. Larson Ford then told me it was the PCM I had them replace it. I was then told it was plugs and wires. Larson Ford had the truck for 15 days at this point.And I had enough. I asked for the truck to be returned. I do not feel the proper method of diagnosing is to replace every part in sight. Although that approach is eventually effective it is costly and does not speak well of the knowledge of the dealership. I took my wife to pick up the truck. When leaving the dealership my wife told me the truck was running worse than when it was brought in. She went inside to inform them of this and was told it was because it needed plugs and wires. I told her to drive it home. I was unaware how bad the truck was running. When I looked at the truck at home I found that Larson Ford had left the truck in a state of disassembly. The coil packs where unbolted plug wires where left hanging and the interior of the truck was left covered in grease. Larson Ford knowingly released a vehicle in a extremely unsafe condition. In trying to resolve this my wife was told by Robert Larson all about their 5 star rating. And he tried to explain to her that a vehicle with that kind of mileage is bound to have things go wrong. I spoke with Louis Pagano who also told me things go wrong when vehicles have a lot of miles. Just for the record the truck has less than 80,000 miles. I feel many people would not consider this to be high mileage. I diagnosed the problem myself with the help of the internet. It was the alternator. I found Ford had issued a TSB regarding the alternator causing this type of problem. I had informed Louis of this as I feel I had been being taken advantage of. I told him I had all the parts that had been removed and I was going to have them checked. He asked if he could check them. I said I would prefer them to be checked by a independent party. I feel that Larson Ford should have checked the parts before they started replacing them. After all is that what diagnostics is supposed to be. At this point I do not know if Larson Ford is dishonest or incompetent but I feel better knowing I am doing my part in informing the public on how Larson Ford treats its customers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership.
