The complaint I have is: First I wanted a NEW CAR. The paper work I received I was told the car I was to receive had 11 miles on it. When at the car I received had 107 miles on. Yes the dealership that it came from was 30 mile away, but I guess it was a car people test drove. I thought it was going to be a zero mile car. When they delivered it , it had scratches and a few deep ones. It also was not detailed. So I had to drop it off to go back to the body shop for the scratches to be repaired and have the car detailed . The car looked like it had been in the weather for awhile. Jose Aristonda is an asset to the company. He defused the situation. Russell Gussman the manager was not in the office the day I got in and I left him a message for him to call me. But Im sure when I get the car back I will enjoy it.

None of the other vehicles we test drove by other manufacturers (supposedly comparable to the Sportage) even came close to having the comfort, power, style or number of amenities as the Sportage.
