I was dealing with one of their "Internet Managers". They had a car that I was interested in buying the week of XMAS, but I could not get to the dealership that week. I asked if there was any way to hold the vehicle for me until the Monday after XMAS, but wasnt expecting them to be able to do it. The Sales mgr approved it and I was able to get the car I wanted on Monday. If not for that action, the car would have been sold before I got in.They were very accommodating.

"What Rattle?"
Purchased my 2013 Sonata, slightly used, at Harbor Hyundai. The car is perhaps the nicest riding car I have ever owned and has all the bells and whistles including a very elaborate sunroof/ moonroof that makes the care look great. After driving the car for several weeks I notices an occasional rattle. When I say occasional, I mean every now and then and only when the car seemed to hit bumps in the road in certain ways, like side to side. My friends and wife thought I was insane and none of them could detect the rattle, but it began to wear on my nerves. After ignoring the rattle for several months it was time to take the car in for routine maintenance, and I mentioned the rattle. The staff paid close attention to my complaint, found the rattle and repaired without cost or complaint. This was a two day job that required dis-assembly of the roof to find a loose nut and tighten it down. I was very pleased with Harbor Hyundai to say the least!

Harbor Hyundai and its service department are in my opinion top notch. I think the difference is the people that stand behind the logo and the personnel at Harbor Hyundai are the best. Ive taken care of my cars early on because I was very disappointed with dealership attitude/service and decided that I wasnt going to get ripped off anymore. Harbor Hyundai to some extent has reversed that view/opinion and I feel confident that I am getting full value for my money when I take my vehicles in for service. Factory parts are a wash since the price can be the same at any Hyundai dealer but its the people that diagnose and install those parts that provide the added value of the service experience. HIghly recommend this dealership for routine maintenance during your warranty period and perhaps after if youre not comfortable doing it yourself.

He offered advice on what should be done, listened to my thoughts and accepted my selection of services. Buying experience at the dealership was smooth and comfortable and really could not have been better. Early on, noticed an issue with the steering on my 2013 sonata gls and after a brief misunderstanding (scott thought i was just not used to the electronic steering) i was asked to bring in the car. Ed, one of the mangers, personally took a drive with me and acknowledged some issues. He was very professional and easy to talk to and in addition was very obviously experienced. Ed referred me back to Scott who personally took care of everything from then on. Scott was very professional and sort of the "old school" type of guy who tells it as it is (Scott is also very obviously experienced.) I was impressed because i did not have to go through a lot of the hoops in regards to the steering issue on my sonata that a lot of other people are dealing with. Scott found the problem, no runarounds, and he just replaced the entire steering module along with some fine tuning in the electronic steering and it seems to have fixed the "wandering" issue. I am extremely happy with my sonata now and this dealership has been an important aspect of my satisfaction. They are obviously taking customer satisfaction seriously and i am even more confident in my purchase at Harbour Hyundai. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a hyundai.
