It was a very unique color, interior, and equipment combination I was seeking - Destroyer Gray Challenger Scat Pack Shaker with Red Leather/Alcantera interior. The car had just arrived and Alen ran around like a man possessed to get it ready for me to see and test drive. Once I drove it, I was hooked! Sales and Finance Managers were also great. This was my first experience buying a vehicle on my own. I didnt feel pressured or rushed by Sher. He welcomed all of my questions and requests. There was a bit of a snafu (no fault to Sher at all) when I was filling out my paperwork and the deal was put on hold, but he kept in touch with me throughout the rest of the business day and let me know the car was mine later that night. Since I wasnt able to drive off the lot with the vehicle and I was unable to make it to the dealership the next day due to being a single mother of 3, he delivered the vehicle to me with all of the necessary paperwork ready to sign! Although there was a delay, it was a fairly easy process to purchase at this dealership with Shers assistance. I feel I got a great deal on the used vehicle I purchased. The facility was clean and open, there were customer refreshments available, and even a childrens play room. Would definitely consider purchasing from this dealership again in the future.

As soon as I walked in to Russell Westbrooks Jeep location in Van Nuys, I was greeted at the desk by a woman named Mirna. I hesitantly mentioned I was interested in buying a Jeep. I say hesitantly because the last car I possessed, which was not a Jeep, was leased by a dealership that sucked me into 3 years at a ridiculous monthly payment that bled me dry. First off, I had no idea the NBA star owned a dealership, and the basketball theme and court in the place is a nice touch. As for buying a new car, I wasnt even in the market before the transmission on my older BMW decided to go out days before. Afterwards I had test driven a Challenger elsewhere and dealt with one incredibly unscrupulous salesman at another venue, so I arrived at RWCDJR on the defensive. Fortunately I ran into salesman Justin Andreas who proceeded to answer EVERY question I could possibly have, completely and with patience. And I ask tons of questions because Im like that. As we went further into the process I knew exactly what I wanted and Justin went out of his way to make it happen. The car in question was located at another dealership which I assumed would be no big deal because arent they are on the same team? Turns out no, often dealerships have to barter with each other behind the scenes to move a vehicle to another location. The other place did not want to give up the car I wanted to buy! At no time did Justin mention any of this, he just remained positive and focused on getting the car. I found out through another person there. This added more time than was necessary in getting the car, but that was not the fault of Justin or RWCDJR. Once the car arrived it was better than advertised. As for the deal itself, they explained my options and we arrived at a good purchase price easily. If youre in the market, Dodge is doing some wonderful things with the Challenger lately and its worth taking one out for a test drive at this place.
