My husband and I went to Crest Ford to look at a vehicle. When we first drove in the lot, I expected to bombarded by a sales person before we got out of the vehicle, but that was not the case. We walked in the door and we were greeted by Terry. We told him what we were interested in, he gave us the keys, and let us go for a test drive. He told us to let him know when we got back, if we had any questions, or if we liked the vehicle and was interested in talking about it. We sat down with Terry and told him we were very interested. He talked to us like actual people and was very polite. He did not try to talk us into or out of anything. We had to leave and come back, with our trade in. When we came back, Terry was on his lunch,and we said we could wait, but he put everything away and said not to worry about it, and continued to help us. Also the finance person, Brandon was great too. From the time we walked in the door, until the time we left, we were treated with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Thank you so much!

Contacted Crest Ford after spotting a desired vehicle on cars.com. Spoke with Terry via telephone and he confirmed the vehicle was available. After test driving two vehicles, my wife and I mutually agreed on one specific vehicle. Although the finance manager was vacationing, Terry did a fine job handling the deal. It was a no sweat, no hassle, no pressure, relaxing ordeal. There was no full court press placed on us by the dealership to buy the car. Would recommend Crest Ford of Niantic without reservation.

Afterward, he reviewed with me what work was performed and the results of their multi-point inspection. All work was performed and completed as promised. I also provided my new e-mail address, which may have delayed my response to this survey; although I believe I received a survey directly from FORD, which I believe I did respond to earlier. Regardless, I was very satisfied with my service at CREST FORD and look forward to my next service appointment with them.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus RS from Crest Ford. I met with Dave L., my salesman, to talk about the specs for the car and was able to order it how I wanted. Darlene, the internet sales consultant, was extremely helpful and was the person who got me into Crest to speak with Dave about the car. He requested a deposit so that I could put the order in my name. Before it was delivered nearly 6 1/2 months later (it is a specialty car and I was fully aware of the long wait), I got the car and the staff treated it as if it was made of gold. Their technicians are auto enthusiasts and honored my very specific requests for when the car came in. The car is perfect and I had a very enjoyable experience working with the staff from Crest Ford. Fantastic job, would HIGHLY recommend Crest Ford to anybody in the market for a new car.

Its easy to get lost and become just a number when dealing with bigger dealerships, but not at Crest ford in Niantic. Pasha was my salesperson, who was recommended to me by my parents, who also recently bought a new car from him and they love it there as well. I will be going back to this dealer, and particularly back to see Pasha, when it is time for me to purchase another vehicle.
