Wasnt looking for a car but ... looked at Bernardi Honda and ended up buying a Bernardi Hyundia. Why? Tony Santos. Tony is a Product Specialist at Bernardi Honda but when I couldnt find anything on the Bernardi Honda lot that I liked he helped me find a 2013 Hyundia Sonata on the Bernardi Hyundai lot. We judge a company by the people we meet and everybody I met at Bernardi Honda and Bernardi Hyundai impressed me. Tony was great to work with he treated me fairly, honestly and with respect. Peter in Credit at Bernardi Hyundai made sure I understood the specific details of my purchase. Janet at the Front Desk of Bernardai Honda made me feel welcome. My experience with Bernardi Honda/Hyundai was a pleasant experience because everybody was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. Mark Davidson, service representative offered suggestions in regard to service of my 2011 CRV which enabled me to make decisions to have quality service on my vehicle. He informed me of Honda recalls (of which I had no clue existed). This saved me money and enabled my vehicle to be updated with the recalls and allowed me to afford to have the necessary service performed at a reasonable price. He also advised me on future repairs that should be done before the onset of winter.

"First Visit"
First time visit to this Brockton location. My Hondas were purchased at Bernardi in Natick MA. We have since moved from the MetroWest area and wanted to reestablish with Bernardi. Visited this location for my annual Mass Safety and Emissions inspection. I was greeted promptly and the inspection was performed quickly and I was on my way. My only disappointment was that the Honda store did not have inspections performed there and I had to drive next door to the Bernardi Hyundai store to have this performed.

I brought my Honda Civic for a regular oil and filter service. I also included alignment and tire rotation as recommended. The service was fast. I have waited in the shop using my laptop and after about 60-90 minutes the car was ready (and washed too) . Thanks!!!

I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic on Saturday, July 16th, 2016. I spent time doing research at home and learned that Bernardi Honda Brockton has one point pricing. I think thats awesome. Joe D was my salesperson. He helped me to find the car of my choice. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding Honda products. His customer service was exceptional as well. Sam C, whom I have known for some time, did my financing. He was able to find an excellent rate for me comparable to what I would have received from a military credit union. Honestly, if I did not have Sam C finance the deal, I may have waited to finance elsewhere. I often see Sam when I am servicing my vehicles, he is always helpful and courteous. Last but not least, I received a personal "thank you" from Mr. Landry as I have been a long-time Honda customer. Bernardi Honda definitely deserves Five Stars. The service that I get from MJ is Five Star quality as well. Thank you!

My first service on my new car was excellent. My only slight complaint is that the automatic lights were turned off. That night when I drove, my lights did not come on as expected and I had to stop down the road to turn my lights back onto automatic. If they must turn the lights off while servicing, then they should be turned back before returning car to customer.

I know it rained and they test drove the car, but my expectations are that if you leave your car clean must be returned the same or cleaner.

I bought my 2015 Honda Fit from Bernardis at the recommendation of a friend and I have to say the whole experience - sales and service - has been fantastic. The salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy. He helped me think through how to get rid of my old car to my best advantage and took pictures of me in my new car which was fun to post on Facebook. Now I feel I am getting excellent service for the car and even when I had a funny electronic issue they took care of it gratis. I get my oil changed with them and they have my car in their database so I know when to do basic maintenance. They always send me coupons which I use and the service people, especially Janee, have all been wonderful.

Went to Bernardi Honda in Brockton just to check my 2015 Honda CRV Touring for a shimmy steering at high speeds. I dropped it off by 7:00 am, and by 3:00 pm the car was ready. I had a rental while my car was at the shop, they were very courtesy and polite while receiving my car. At the end, they explained me what happened to the car and what they had to do in order to fix it. They put the same information in the invoice. Facilities are super clean and very warm and welcoming. Michael Johnson was my service agent and he did an outstanding job! He took my car himself and cleaned it!!!!!! I would recommend this dealer for sure! oh! and my car is coming back for oil change for sure! EXCELLENT JOB Guys!
