We decided to look around for an additional RR/Bentley in October 2014. Fadi was known to us RROC members, since he has also been a member for the last ten years, to check out his inventory at his Van Nuys, CA “Classic Motor, Inc.” RR/Bentley boutique. He has some “fine” cars. We decided to purchase a beautiful Arnage from him. The emphasis is “beautiful.” He is a great negotiator and he was able to match my skills in negotiation as a Swiss. He was very accommodating in adjusting/repair some minor issues that the car had with no problem. It was “fun” working out this deal with Fadi and my family would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a fair deal and getting a nice car. He is also known by almost all the exotic dealers in America and they call him with questions about the cars. When they get these cars in trade Fadi usually gets first choice to purchase and he buys them right. This dealer is very concerned about customer service and their satisfaction. He bent over backwards to make me happy. He put my GT Coupe on the rack and had his expert mechanics inspect the car right in front of me. He told me what was good about the car and bad and he fixed several items at his own expence After I compleated the purchase. Thankfully he sells and services these cars, Ill never go anywhere else
