"What A Happy Deal."
I and my son came to Bernadi by an unintended chance , that we were from downtown Boston to IKEA for shopping , then we looked for a closed by Huyndai dealer . We found bernadi Huyndai, which is so far from downtown , but close to IKEA that time. We were lucky to have come to the right place. After getting our all expectations for a used car of Sonata, Courtney, a seller , let us visit some cars, choose and test drive . After that we came to 4 more Huyndai Dealer in Boston to look for a better one and make comparison. We came back to Bernadi the next day and take another test drive with onoher Sonata, then making a deal to buy the car in less than 1 hour. After all things done , we feel very happy : - Many choices of the same used model. All looked good. - Good car conditions in and out. - Clear car fax without any pre-accident. - The car we bought with one owner, Certified with 10 year/100,000mls warranty - Polite and respectful sellers and officers .Quick response and good care.( though we did not make any appointment before ). - Very reasonable price. ( We paid 13,000$ excluding tax and fee for a very nice Sonata 2014, 27,000 mls while a brand new is 22,000$ ). We would like to thank Bernadi and highly recommend this dealer.

A truly pleasant experience! We decided to test drive the 2106 Hyundai Azera as a replacement for our 2006 Azera. We went to Bernardi and were greeted by Brandon who right from the beginning made us feel comfortable and listened to our wants and needs. The test drive was easy and Brandon answered the few questions we had and it was obvious that he knew the car both inside and out. After the test drive we discussed leasing options and we left feeling like we were treated like friends not just customers. We test drove a variety of makes and models and narrowed our search down to the Azera and one other vehicle. We went back to see Brandon to get the final numbers and he did an awesome job on our behalf and we told him we had to get the final numbers from the other dealer and we would let him know our decision the next day. The bottom line is that we chose the other vehicle because it was exactly what my wife wanted, both color and features and the dealer made us a fabulous deal. It was a hard choice because we felt that Brandon and Bernardi deserved our business but ultimately it came down to availability and price. Bernardi has a great reputation and we know that Brandon is one of the reasons why.

I had a great experience buying my used vehicle. The sales rep drove the car to my office so that I could test drive it and I signed the paperwork a few days later. When the car was ready, they drove to my office and drove my trade-in away. Easy! I had asked for a few repairs to be completed and I found the service department to be courteous and helpful. My car looks and runs great!

Being a first time car buyer I was a bit apprehensive going to any dealership. I wasnt aware of the environment and overall thought process that went into purchasing or leasing a car. It was all "Greek" to me to pretty much sum how I felt up. But - when I met Allan it didnt just seem like another transaction, it was all about my experience and how I felt. He not only worked with me, but two other family members (who bought cars the same day!), and actually listened to our wants and needs and most of all - budget. I appreciate the hours he spent going over the ins and outs and pretty much just talking to us like normal people. I would highly recommend seeing Allan - you will have a pleasurable experience and also leave happy with your purchase. Hes not your average car salesmen - I can promise you that! I would like to add in how thoughtful and kind Miguel was as well. He definitely worked with out budget and made my 2013 Elantra affordable for me. I expected paying a lot more than I walked away with and for that I couldnt be more appreciative. Both Allan and Miguel are true assets to Bernardi.

I requested an e-quote for an Elantra and received one within a day, with about 10% off the top before negotiating. Couldnt make the Presidents Sale and was told not to worry about it, show up when I can. They honored the original e-quote price 2 weeks later and was pleasant to work with through the negotiations. Nothing was an issue with the dealership and they were eager to please. Hyundai was not my first choice of cars, but with the quality of the car and service, I will absolutely find one type of Hyundai to purchase from this dealer in the future. Service is everything!

He was very helpful and went out of his way to explain every facet of the buying process in great detail and in an easily understandable manner. He was very professional yet easy going and funny and was never once overbearing. If you are looking for a fair shake I believe James Lewis to be your best chance.

Went looking for a new car since my car was 12 years old. Had no intention of buying right away, but upon entering the dealership I was greeted promptly and by a very friendly salesman, Peter. Peter was great. Asked my purpose being there, which was just a test drive and to get info, and answered all questions I had during the test drive. After test drive, we sat and chatted and there was no pressure to buy, a HUGE plus in my book. He said if I had any questions to call and I left feeling good about the experience. I then got an email from Stephanie, the internet sales manager, and gave me the run down on the current offers available. The professionalism of both Peter and Stephanie was enough for me to call the dealership and tell them Id be down the next day to purchase the hyundai. When I arrived I was met by both and everything went well. The finance manager and the maintenance manager were great as well. The only issue I had, which was no biggie in my mind, was as typical with dealerships, was that the final paperwork was not crystal clear. A one page itemized sheet clearly listing all of the fees and how calculated (in case of taxes for example) would be nice, but otherwise everyone there was extremely nice, genuine, and helpful. After having the car a few days, I got follow up calls from Peter and Stephanie. I would highly recommend Bernardi Hyundai to anyone.
