I wish I had read the reviews first. I purchased a car there and my grandson picked it up. Worst detail job ever. Empty gas tank as well. While signing papers ants were crawling over sales persons desk. We were informed the service oil light was on. No offer to have it looked at they dont do any service there at all. Firm prices only no negotiating. No bending over backwards there to make customers feel good about their purchase. Worst customer service ever.

Hi , I am not sure how people give positive reviews for this dealership. This place keeps their cars not clean and make sure everything is working with the car. We looked Bmw 3 series and drove 2 hours to pick up car but when we went there we looked at car around opened trunk a back light fell off. Looked underneath front bumper and it was scratched and cracked. Opened doors and inside bottom was scratched up with shoes. Wasnt cleaned inside. Tires worn and rims were little scratched out.We talked about price they dint want to drop any price. So drove back with waisting Gas and 6 hours. If you want to save some money be ready to spend it back after few months.

#1 I kept seeing this dealership with beautiful cars and great prices. Although the reviews and star rating was low, I thought I would try for myself. I found a few things out for myself. Cars are not perfect but thats understandable-they are not new. Great prices reflect small imperfections. As far as getting good service by my salesperson, Sandra. Very passionate about what she is doing and very helpful in accommodating my requests. After looking threw all of there BMW 3 Series, we found a perfect match. The color was not the color I originally had in mind, but everything else was just right. Because of all the things I had read about United Imports, I wanted to be careful I did not buy something I would regret. I checked car throughly tires, brakes, engine sound etc. I have had my car for over 5 months now and no problems at all! This is now my time to share my exceptional experience with Sandra. It was the best car buying experience I have had! As long as your expectations are not CPO STANDARDS than you will be glad you went there.
"They Couldve Sold A Car That Day..."
The one positive thing was that the sales rep, Tie, was very nice and friendly. We had to be driven across the street to see the car I was interested in. It was a large, unkept parking lot with a chain linked section for their overflow cars. I was immediately disappointed when I saw the car. There were a lot of fingernail scratches on the door handles and pain chipped on the bumper, which the photos did not show. The inside was hardly wiped down with a wet rag, and there was even a Cheese-It in the back seat. The floor boards were clearly dirty, windows hazy, and big boot prints on the back floor. Had they taken the time to clean the car, or had been willing to negotiate the cost even a little bit, they wouldve sold it that day.

The process was pretty good and fast. Had an issue with the car but it was under warranty still so it worked out fine.

While researching pre-certified quality vehicles I came across this dealership. Although they offered better prices for the vehicle I was looking at, their customer service was beyond disappointing. My overall experience was horrible and I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My sales person named Ty was not prepared, nor was he knowledgeable on the functions of the vehicle or showed a true interest of delivering great service.

I wanted a very particular car (bright blue BMW 328i). United Motors had it. They have a huge inventory. I went there and saw it, but had to wait to get it. They kept me updated as to if they had sold it and it sounds like they didnt really push it, knowing I was extremely interested. I finally got to go down and get it. The whole experience was easy and they really seemed to care about getting me the car I wanted. Samsun definitely took care of us!

I purchased two BMWs 328i and recently a X3 from Peter. People these cars have factory warranty. BMW would not warranty a lemon. I did a carfax and had it inspected by Stevens Creek BMW. All is well. Peter is a stand up guy. I will buy from again. Customer for life!
