Im always looking for a good car deal and I found one at Pepe Cadillac. From my first online contact, salesman Ken Sternesky was attentive, informative and a pleasure to do business with. Ken answered all my questions promptly and fully, and was very professional. The paperwork was easy with Robinson Rodrigues, who had everything prepared before we sat down with him. Robinson explained each document and the warranty before asking for any signature. Sam Kwartler in the Service Department did a great job making sure our car was prepped to our satisfaction for delivery. We were given a very fair trade-in value for our previous Cadillac. We drove nearly 400 miles round trip for this car, so it was important to make sure it was done right the first time. Thank you all for a great experience. We would buy another car from Pepe Cadillac, and would recommend them to friends.

"Under Impresses"
My experience did not go well. I made an appointment to visit the dealership to look at a specific car that they had listed on their website. As I was driving over 1 hour to see this car, I confirmed with their internet sales department that the car was there and available. After confirming the car was instock and available, I trekked out to see it. When I arrived, the sales guy I spoke with wasnt there, apparently he made the appointment for his day off, and the car wasnt there. The car hadnt been sold, it had never arrived on the lot. The sale guy confirmed an appointment to see a car that they didnt have and on a day he wasnt in. They found a sales person to speak with, who was incredibly pleasant and the only reason Im not giving this place 1 star. He showed me a car with "similar" options and his general manager promised me, because of the screw up, that the car they showed me would be sold to me at the same price, but needed to go through the shop and get cleaned. I left a deposit on the car with an agreement for first right of refusal and drove the hour back home. I got a call the next day to tell me that they couldnt honor their price from the day before, that the price had gone up by over $2000 and that it wasnt getting any better. This whole experience left such a terrible taste in my mouth that I was unwilling to budge on my price and walked away. I cannot, with a clear conscience, recommend this dealership.

Since this was my first time going in for service at Pepe I didnt know what to expect. Between Remo and Bobby O, I could not have asked for more. They are the the best in the business and treat their customers like family. The service was extraordinary and the customer service outstanding.. Pepe Cadillac will be the only GM dealer that I will go to for sales and service because of these these individuals. I look forward to my next visit.

Pepe Cadillac raises Cadillac stock. Lets face it GM is a total mess right now. Got this 50,000 ATS vehicle a year ago. It is certainly made better than the 2008 vehicles But unfortunately way cheaper in craftsmanship , materials and over all quality compared to the imports. The whole current line is attractive to look at. They certainly got that right, but thats about it. It saddens me being a Cadillac owner for over 30 years. My father 50 years. But thank fully the people at Pepe keep me running on the road with all the hitches Gm throws at me..

"Great Dealership But Cadillac Policies Restrictive"
My complaint is with Cadillac not with the dealership. My car was 18% short of the next oil change and the dealership was not able to do it because Cadillac, the company, would not reimburse them. The car was 900 miles short of a tire rotation and again the dealer was restricted in doing the work. Cadillac, the company needs to be more flexible with service guidelines. The current overly restrictive policy will significantly impact my decision to purchase another Cadillac.

"Great Service/ Lousy Vehicle"
Pepe is always been Great to me. This car went in for a problem with Cue. An Update was performed by Pepe Service on a bulletin received from GM and Now i have additional problems with the Cue, XM, and radio signals. I can not hold pepe responsible for the Update that made things worse. Its the sourse itself (GM) that continues to prove to me that after 110 years they still cant get it right. I spoke to Jenna on Saturday April 12 to let her know whats going on with the car. I just do not have the time to go back and forth to the dealer to fix it. All these problems will fix themselves at the 25 Month mark :)

My sales person (John Massaro) was very patient and competent. I have only had the car for a week so the jury is out re. the actual car. I love the look, but the voice recognition system (navigation etc) is not as accurate as my Infiniti. There should be a way to bypass some choices - it takes FAR too long to get directions or a tel. number!

It being more convenient to go to Pepe, wow...fantastic! Ronnie was excellent and made me a believer, so the entire experience was beyond my expectations. I had an 08 SRX and 10 Escalade serviced back to back after liking the first experience. Grand kudos to the Team at Pepe, I am now a convert!
