Very good variety of vehicles to choose from. Dealer staff quick to help. We found the car we wanted and obtained a competitive lease rate. Our Salesman, Michael, was attentive and helpful. Overall experience was good - we left feeling satisfied with the overall experience. Two opportunities kept this experience from being ideal: 1) Ambiguity around final cost of lease - excessive moving numbers around to make deal appear more attratcive, rather than just providing best overall price, then discussing how much to put down and how much each month, and 2) Too many recommended additional services to add to lease while with Finance Manager - questioned why we didnt want them multiple times, which was uncomfortable. These added services would have dramatically increased the cost of the lease had we accepted.

Pleasant experience from start to finish! I was shopping around for a 2009 Mercedes-Benz CLK350 Convertible and inquired with a few different dealerships. AutoNation Fiat South Bay not only responded in a prompt manner but was the most helpful in answering any questions I had. They also had great prices in comparison to other dealers listed. The associate I spoke to in the morning let me know that he would not be in by the time I arrived later that night but informed me that there would be an associate able to assist me. I was coming from North Hollywood and got off work around 6pm which is also another reason why I considered checking them out because of their late hours! I arrived at about 7:30pm and David Arellano helped me out and was absolutely wonderful!!! He was very patient, helpful, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. The only concern I had was that I spoke to someone over the phone earlier in the day about the car including an auxiliary input. The associate said he believed the car did include an aux input but I found out when I arrived to the dealership that it did not. However, David was able to take a couple hundred off the total of the car for any inconvenience or cost it would be to get one installed! The entire process of completing paperwork lasted til after their closing hours but David was very kind, accommodating, and even let me borrow a charger for my phone! He clearly goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy and has been great with following up as well. I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience. I would definitely recommend David and this dealer to a friend!

Bought an X5 recently from this dealership. Have had plenty of places ive been to (7cars), but this has been my most enjoyable so far. Pedro (my namesake) is absolutely awesome. This guy, one of the best salesperson and person I have had the opportunity to meet. The manager and finance were also top notch. Did everything they could and some. Overall I wish they sold more than just fiats(not a fiat fan unfortunately), but if they ever opened up a bmw dealership or I decide to get another used bimmer, they are going to be the first dealer I look at.

I went to this Fiat dealership because suddenly after being out of town for 10 days, my battery seemed to be dead. When I arrived at the service department, Mike Garcia, the service manager, looked up my cars history and told me that months ago Fiat was notified that the battery can drain even when the car is off, and that I should have had it repaired at a dealership for free. I had taken the car in twice to another dealership, to have a recall done and an oil change, and they should have done it then, but no one there even mentioned it to me. Mike proceeded to get my car into the service department quickly and it was taken car of quickly. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional. I felt like I was really being taken care of by him. I now will take my Fiat there any time i have a problem... They are great!

Always great service and friendly staff. Buying was simple; dealership is small and personable. It does have better prices than other dealerships. Garage service has always been excellent. Wait time may longer but they do make sure they to do a good job. Highly recommend to speak to Mike and Pedro.

I visited these guys in hopes of purchasing a used car. In fact, I did purchase one from them, which, sadly, I had to return soon thereafter due to unforeseen circumstances. Throughout the experiences of both purchasing and returning the car, the staff was fantastic: friendly, helpful, straightforward, and very easy to do business with. Vanessa was a pleasant and thoughtful sales representative who was as interested in making me and my parents comfortable as she was in making her sale, Dan was honest with me on pricing and worked hard to make the car fit within my budget, and David made the payment and paperwork as clear and simple as possible. Even when I had to return the vehicle (note that theyre kind enough to include a 3-day money-back guarantee on their used cars), everyone was as nice and helpful as theyd been in the hours leading up to the purchase. At all ends of the transaction, these guys are great. If you have a chance to do business with them, I highly encourage it!

We bought a "new" 2014 Fiat 500 1957 edition on 8/10/14. The check engine light came on the night we bought it. We took it in the following Saturday am for "repair", but have yet to get the car back...it is September 4th! They are saying the car needs a part that is VIN specific and keep telling us it is "on order". We have been given 3 divert dates for this elusive part, but each time it is supposed to be in we call and are told "oh we cant get it yet...hopefully blah blah blah. There is no end in sight. Neither the arrogant service manager nor the defensive general manager seem the least bit concerned. They just say "sorry" and brush us off...treating us like we are the problem. Extremely shady business practices. Do NOT purchase from this dealership!
