I had a 95 Honda Civic for 7 years and, unfortunately, someone hit and totaled my car. My daughter and I were both okay in the crash. I was now in the market for a car, but I had to have a Honda Civic. After what I experienced no other car would do. I had never experienced buying a car before and was overwhelmed. The moment I walked in to Boch Honda I felt better. The atmosphere there is great. My sales consultant was CJ and he was super patient and helpful. Searched for a new car to replace my 11-year-old Honda Odyssey. For 218,000 miles, it carried scout troops and soccer teams, camping trips and family outings. When time to downsize and get an AWD vehicle, I test-drove a Toyota Rav4. It was comfortable and performed well, but I was disappointed with the gas mileage. So I headed over to Honda to look at the CRV. Also comfortable and performed well, and much better gas mileage! Also had lots of other great features. And the sales team at Boch Honda West was terrific. Zach Johnston was friendly and helpful, and did everything he could to help us drive away happy. Im now the owner of a Honda CRV! Mark F. Was my salesmen and was very nice to work with. I went back to make the deal but Mark wasnt there, so Tim went extremely out of his way to help finish the deal. However, in the finance department there were more fees even though I explained several times to the sales manager Chris that I wanted to have all fees factored into the pricing. When I explained this to the man in the finance department, he said that he will get me a different sales manager yet it took many go-rounds and a great deal of time to get the issue resolved. I felt as though the process was dragged out trying to wear me down to make me give in to paying the extra fees.
