I had an incredible experience with my sales person George and their finance team. Freehold Kia is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone I know. I had a 2014 Kia optima, the lease was ending. I was not in the market to look for a new car, I was actually going to buy out my car because I was so over mileage. George and his team did not want me to leave with a car that was out of warranty and so depreciated because of the mileage. They worked out a deal where it basically ended as a sign and drive, no money down and my monthly new car payments was very close to what I was already paying for my 2014 Kia. The process was very quick and friendly and no pressure. I was amazed that I was able to walk away with a brand-new car with no expectations of getting one. I was more than very satisfied. Thank you all!!

"Experience At Kia Of Freehold"

Kia of Freehold staff members were very accommodating and helpful in choosing a vehicle that I wanted. I first went into Kia wondering if I could trade in my vehicle to a new one before my lease, being that I was ending lease with a different company. Unsure if it was possible, Kia of Freehold made it possible. They were helpful in the process. Recommend dealership. I love the quality of my new vehicle and how it runs very comfortable and the safety features are awesome.

"Overall Experience."

Starting with the facilities, this location is a rather shabby hand me down facility previously operated by at least 3 other car dealerships. It does not merit the Kia brand. It looks run down and Kia should consider making a much nicer dealership facility appropriate for the fine upgraded Kia brand. All of the surrounding dealerships - 5 of them - that are within 5 minutes of each other, have upgraded to 21st Century operations. As to the service from their sales personnel, I feel that the standard car salesman wheeler dealer approach is "old hat" and they should be aware, by observation, of the nature of the customer they are approaching. Having said that, I am totally aware as a retired C.E.O. of the pressures made upon the sales personnel to make the sale, but a judgement of whom they are approaching should be administered. After some early fine tuning of their approach, by me, a very satisfactory conversation followed. We bought the Optima FE right off the showroom floor. The paperwork subsequent to the sale was laborious and time consuming but the sales agents, Bill and Dave, made it as expeditious as possible. I would recommend this dealership to a friend and will use their service shop.

"Literally The Worst Experience Of My Life"

Im extremely disappointed. I leased my second Kia from here and I couldnt believe how I was treated and harassed. The first experience was amazing I recommended them to everyone I could tell and would listen. They were the sweetest people and truly were excited I had leased my first car. This time,however, it was the worst experience Ive ever had with customer service in my life. Finance messed up with the contract so they wanted me to come back in, I was trying my best considering I lived over an hour away and beginning a new job. They called me nonstop at first telling me they would meet me.. it was a Saturday and it was inconvience at the time. Then they called me Monday with the same explanation I told them I would try my best but this time asking for a scanned copy of the changed contract so I can review on my own time before going in. Camille was nasty and gave me an attitude at first not understanding why I would ask this, then eventually stating she couldnt. When she put the manager (Lemo) on he began to threaten to call the cops on me because I couldnt resign the contract quick enough for him (which at this time was only notified two days prior). I took the hour and half drive down and went there with my father. My father explained how unprofessional they were and should apologize for threatening me. The manager (Lemo) gave us a blank apology so that we could get out of his dealership. After this lease is up I will never go back nor recommend them. Ive never been harassed or treated so disgusting in my life and truly feel bad for anyone that has to deal with them in the future

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and what we needed the payments to be. We walked into the dealership around 10:30 a.m. and drove out with the car by 12:15.

well i dropped my car off on wednesday and picked it back up on thursday because they tried to tell me i needed to get all this work done to my car like the cabin filter tires rotated and balanced when i just had this done 3 weeks ago they also said i needed my oil changed when it was done last week so i was angry with them for not looking at my car the right way so i picked my car up and it stunk so bad they stuck a dirty used cabin filter back in my car and when i got home i had my husband check the cabin filter and thats when we noticed i will never bring my car back to this dealership ever again...

"Stress Free Experience"

I was nearing the end of my current lease with Kia when I was contacted by one of their agents. I was not contemplating turning in my current Kia lease early however I was informed that the dealer was offering great incentives; as such I decided to explore things. Since I had a good experience with them on my current car I decided to explore things again. The appointment was setup electronically (which was great) and I received both email and text messages confirming appointment times & locations. When I arrived, I was created by friendly staff and merely entered into a discussion of why I was there. I made no commitment to end my current lease or change cars but stated if the deal was right I would end my current lease & take a new one. I spent time talking with Linda & Bryan about the parameters of what would motivate me to get a new car and they were very accommodating. The experience was low stress, no pressure and basically a mutual time investment to pull together what was possible. Luckily we were able to find both the car and the financial situation that worked for all and I walked out with a new Kia Optima. All in all a great experience.

dont go here. there are many other places that can rob you and at least do it with a smile. the salesmen Jason doesnt know whats going on and I think his thumb is permanently attached to his cell phone. he may not even know where he is. the manager nick fits the set up. he repeats himself 3 times during the course of a conversation and still cant put together a full sentence without sounding like something out of the god father. and if you tell them youre not buying a car, they get really offended and want you to leave. ill admit, if I wasnt alone, I may have spoke back to these two toughies, but their behavior was unacceptable and for that reason, I wont be buying my car from them. before buying a car, I suggest you look them up on the internet to see what other buyers have to say about them and the dealership.

He is down to earth and will not try to sell you a car, he will listen to your needs and make suggestions and work with you. He made my 18 year daughter very happy. The gentleman that handled our financial part was also very kind and helpful. He explained all the paperwork and also showed us how to shorten our loan by making different payment arrangements.
