"Terrible Customer Service"
Went in with a Pre approval from a finance company and advised the sales person upfront of this. Was assured that that was fine. It was not, they would not bother to call the bank to verify my approval. They ran my credit and told me they couldnt help me! I told then I didnt need to have them finance me, to contact the finance company directly, they would not. They are way overpriced on cars that they claim are CPOs bit have filthy interiors and windshield wiper blades falling off! Would never recommend this dealership to anyone!

My experience at Hyundai was great. Jay answered all my questions in a very professional and courteous manner. I was able to test drive multiple cars and did not feel pressured to commit to a car instantly. He was very patient and explained everything in detail from beginning to end. When it was time to take my new car home, he made sure that my car was ready to go inside and out. He also followed up with me to ensure that everything was going great with my new car. I want to sincerely compliment the professional and personalized service of Win Hyundai. I noticed for the first time an engine malfunction light on my dashboard panel. I had never seen this before. I called Win Hyundai service dept at 7am and described my concern. Later in the day I was personally called by employee, Henry Flores, who listened to my concerns and got me into to the service Dept by 4pm. (* Please Note**I had business appts and could have been accomodated earlier.) Henry and Team efficiently and competently handled my concern which was also covered by the warranty. My point is not related to the no cost-its about that personal, friendly touch that makes Win Hyundai stand out as a dealership that is peerless

I showed up to Win Hyundai on a Saturday recently without appointment,. My son Had picked up the vehicle, newly bought (2011 Equus) and felt the car needed alignment. After I drove it I felt the drivers seat needed some tweaking. My 1st Hyundai, and my first Hyundai appointment. I was promptly greeted by Schwan. He quickly went over the vehicle and made notes about my needs. Before paperwork was finished a squeaky clean white Genesis pulled to the front and helper waving the keys at me! ( By the way what a gracious car Genesis is!) I was given a quote to address the alignment since its something not covered by warranty 3 years out. I agreed. Shortly after me leaving Schwan was on the phone informing me car needed some tweaking and adjustment, including more air pressure in some tires and as well as rotation. No alignment needed. Also they made a decision to replace the drivers side cushion. They had to order this. I went to pick up my car later during day and had to be led to it cause I didnt recognize it. It was standing there super detailed! Without the license plate looked new. Mind you its a 2011 model. I spent 5-7 min to check the car in and less than 5 when I checked it out. Got to drive the impressive Genesis all day. "Zero" charge for services. I have owned a number of Mercedes, BMWs and Jags. Every time I have been to a dealer for service, it takes for ever to find a guy who will write you up, then they call you with more things wrong that you dont want to know and then give you a headache when you return to pick up the vehicle as you look at their glossy bill. Comparatively visit to Win Hyundai was a dream. Equus is a superb car so far. My experience with Win Hyundai has been great.

Today we completed our purchase of our 1st Hyundai vehicle... a new Equus "Signature"... an absolutely luxurious vehicle (easily comparable or improved over the Mercedes "S Class" S550 and the Lexus LX450... suppoosedly better vehicles and better equiped. However, we didnt find that correct; and we saved close to 50% of either of their prices. We both were very surprised AND very pleased. Everyone there from Sales, Management, Finance/Warrantee, and Service were very professional, spoke slowly, very patient/helpful/cooperative, NO PRESSURE AT ALL, and did absolutely everything that they could do in order to make this 5 days of considering and eventually buying a totally pleasurable experience. Our salesman is Daniel Mark, the Sales Manager is Bob Amar, the Finance/Warrantee Manager is Munir Younis, the Service Manager is Mike Lange, and the General Manager is Frank Hazem. Everyone was a pleasure to speak with, and very relaxed in every way. This has to be the very best experience that either of us have ever had when purchasing a car, from any dealership; and Im 67 years old. Thank you Win Hyundai! We must remember to get together for lunch, as planned, later next week,. Happy 4th of July

I wasnt expecting to purchase a car the day I went with my wife. We were just going to test drive the Sonata hybrid to get a feel for it. Audry Sinclair was awesome! Very professional and polite. He wasnt pushy to sell and asked the right questions, what am I looking for. Everyone there is so polite even in the finance office. My wife and I couldnt believe it when we purchased the car and qualified. We actually traded in my 2000 Chevy Suburban for a 2012 Sonata hybrid. My wife and kids spent the day clearing out the car while I was inside filling out the paperwork. I honestly wasnt expecting to buy a Hyundai, and was looking for a Ford Fusion, but I just couldnt pass up the deal they offer. You guys got a new customer for life! Thank you everyone, see you soon, to go get my car washed!! LOL.

Got the typical run a round from the internet used car department. "Come in and we can get the price you requested". After spending over an hour there, I walked out the door, with the used car manager telling me he could believe I wouldnt pay the additional $ they wanted.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Dominic was my salesperson (via internet sales) and was polite, friendly, and patient. I purchased at the end of December, and with the high volume of sales happening, other dealerships were pretty much ignoring me. I chose to purchase from Win Hyundai because I felt as though they wanted my business, and did not treat me like a nuisance, did not have the "this car will sell itself" attitude. And I got a slightly lower price than any other quote I received from other dealers. So happy with my car, I recommend this dealership if customer service is important to you.

I went to Win Hyundai to (seriously) look and more than likely purchase a used car recently. *I have in fact found and purchased the perfect used car for me at a fabulously reputable dealer aside from Win Hyundai with a totally differing experience*. This was THE worst dealer experience EVER. I dont understand these good reviews for the salesperson I was assigned. JANE is who I was dealing with... I was very disappointed with the service I received from herFor example, when I was looking at the car initially she was either refusing or didn have the knowledge to answer the common-knowledge questions I was asking. I would ask a question and she just wouldn say anything at all; she would just be silent, and I would have to ask again and again to no avail. At one point she even left for a long period of time while I was waiting to test drive the car, and had no idea where she went. And then when we started to discuss pricing she became extremely rude and condescending. The person I brought, alongside myself are both University graduates with degrees and careers (she wasnt aware of this or Im sure she would have treated us differently). I felt as though she was being discriminatory and treating us like ignorant nae little kids simply because we are younger individuals shopping for a car. The used car sales manager tried to diffuse the situation, but I must admit that I lost my cool a little. However, it was somewhat hard for me to be calm and collected with Jane laughing condescendingly in the background. I even asked at one point how the situation was funny to her, but she simply rolled her eyes at me. I plan on sending this as well as a follow up complaint letter to the main manager in the lot and a corporate head regarding the treatment I was met with by Jane, because of how clearly wrong it was. I still feel very perturbed that the situation even came up in the first place with a prospective customer such as myself when this lot seems to "pride itself on customer service." Completely unbelievable.... I want every consumer to know what I went through so they can avoid the headache, and plan on leaving this exact review on any website I can find. BEWARE of this dealership, they nickle and dime you ON TOP of being rude... dont waste valuable time or money.

We had a great experience at Win Hyundai thanks to our salesman, Mo. Mo was knowledgeable, patient and did not give us a hard sell. He helped us find a comfortable price for our budget and gave us a great deal on our trade-in. He even agreed to let us take the used van we were interested in to an independent mechanic to make sure it was a sound investment (and it was). We love our Honda Odyssey. The finance department was also pleasant. They did not push unnecessary products or warranties as some dealers do. We had been reluctant to buy another car because we didnt want to deal with "car salesman" and all their connotations but this was a great experience and we are very pleased with the whole process. I think that there whole Sales Team and General Manager are very professional people. They gave me one on one attention I needed to find my new car. They gave me pricing and never pressure me and gave me the opportunity to tell them when I was ready to make a deal. They even have there own Guest Relations Department and the Director came out and introduced himself. If your looking for a new or used car I think Win Hyundai is the place to go. They have great pricing and most importantly there Managers will do all they can to go the extra mile. I truly believe that Win Hyundai is a Prestigious Dealership of excellence because of there professionalism. Thats my review, I hope your agree to try them out for yourself.
