"Bad Phone Service . Rushed Off. Wouldnt Use Them"
I called in to speak about a car i seen online. Spoke to a man who was "busy working deals" as he put it and needed to call me back or have some other lady in his office speak as the middle man. To make matters worse I was being rushed of the phone in an very rude manor then hung up on. How do they sell cars this way. I was a guaranteed purchase for a NEW car this week, but my money would never be given to rude people like this. If rudeness and unprofessional behavior doesnt bother you when making big purchases . . . they have great prices. I fully understand having a bad day and all but at the end of the day this is your JOB, at least 10% of professionalism is warranted.

This dealership does not answer phone calls, does not respond to voice mails and does not reply to emails. They rush thing and get irate when asked questions.

Overall very bad experience. Not professional, threw out very high prices even after 3 hours of negotiating. Just wasted my time. Ended up getting a car at Woodland Hills Hyundai which was a much better experience.

Just purchased a 2016 Genesis Coupe from this dealership. Really great experience all around. Perfect customer service, cheap prices, and a great selection of cars to choose from. Test drove a bunch and had a difficult time choosing because they were all so great. Couldnt resist the COUPE tho. Got a crazy deal on my car. Very satisfied.

I was in the market to find a new car to replace my old Honda. A friend of mine recommended me Hooman Hyundai. He recently got the new Genesis car from them. He said great things about Hooman Hyundai so I decided to go there. The person who assisted me is Parviz. He is very helpful and patiently listened to the things that I am looking for in a car. He offered me a car that is better than my old Honda with a great deal. They have also processed the necessary documents systematically and I was out of there in no time. I am now enjoying my new car and I really like it. It really is the best car for me. I am hesitant at the in at first, because I know how hard it is to find a decent and honest car dealer these days. Some of the car dealers out there will give you false information just so you will buy one of their cars. Hooman Hyundai, presented me with so many options as they want to make sure that I will end up buying the best car suited for me. It was really a great experience buying my new car at Hooman Hyundai. All the staff is friendly and accommodating. Hooman Hyundai really knows how to treat their customers well. I will definitely recommend Hooman Hyundai to all my family and friends. Had both of my flat tires replaced, didnt pay a dollar since it was covered by their VIP program. Its a big money saver! One of the reasons I bought a car from them in the first place was because of the VIP Program!

Tradedin my old Genesis for the Hyundai Accent! just though it would ultimately be better. They had a great New years sale and thought it wouldnt have been a better time to jump on it! What stood out to me the most was their VIP program which so far has saved me a lot of bucks! Their staff was supper friendly and helpful, They had like 3 different people help me to speed up the process, didnt feel rushed and felt like it all went very smooth!

Initially when arriving to this dealership I was just looking and researching, but I came across the Hyundai Genesis which was so awesome and comfortable! My salesman was very polite and patient with me. He answered all my questions and concerns, even offered to come back if it wasnt a right suite at the time, so I thought it was a very comforting and relaxed buying experience, Happy camper :)

I was given a full walk around the car, they gave me all the info I needed, etc. They even advised me to think about it and come back when I was ready and still promise me the same deal. I ended up coming back 2 days later and buying my Santa Fe! great service :)

They werent urging me to get into a car as fast as they could to make a quick buck! thats how I would feel every time I would go into a car dealership. Their service dept was clean and they have a lot of people on the spot to get your car in n out. I got my oil changed and car washed all in an hour so it was super convenient. They also give me loaner cars when it takes longer to repair so I can run my errands while theyre working on my car

"Dont Waste Your Time Going To Hooman In Inglewood"
I chose the care I wanted within the first half-hour of being on the lot. It took them five (5) hours and three or four people to decide how to handle the deal. I have excellent credit and was making a big down payment and was not being unreasonable. Finally, after getting to the finance dept. They handed me a contract with a down payment listed at $3,000 more that I wanted to give them and then blamed me for not being clear. What a waste of my time (and theirs).
