Came into the dealership without an appt. they evaluated my vehicle and found several errors on the computer, and a fog light bulb that just went out. They took care of me and also wash the vehicle. The rep who helped me was very courteous and professional.

They are great there! Salesman was not pushy at all, very friendly. When he turned it over to finance office, he was not pushy either. They washed my car and had someone go over all features in the car. I went back two weeks later to get another complimentary car wash and last minute questions. If your planning on getting a mini go there, they have some good deals and many to pick from.

I have bought two Mini Coopers from Monrovia and I liked them the best because there was no pressure to buy a car and I got the best deal. The service is friendly and one feels comfortable there. The Service Department is well organized and there is a comfortable waiting area that furnishes popcorn, tea, water, coffee, T.V. and cell phone charging. The restrooms are clean.

Had an appointment. Went in, got checked in, waited for a bit so I helped myself to their coffee machine - then I was helped by Parkson and he made sure my time was not wasted from that point on. He went the extra mile to make sure all the services that could be done were completed, as I requested. He is very respectful and knowledgeable about Mini and their products. Moreover, I noticed how kind he is and told his coworker to take the day off as she was feeling under the weather and pregnant; and worked hard to cover her share. Caring people are real people and those are the people I want working on my car.

I showed up and was greeted by Liz who helped me park my car and introduced me to the service manager. She showed me the waiting area with popcorn machine and deluxe coffee options. Jorge got the process started and got my Mini into the shop for the maintenance. While I was waiting I noticed the AlloyGator wheel protectors on a display Mini and spoke with Jorge about it. He got me the pricing on it and soon it was in the tire shop having them installed. Rudy and Ozzy did the work on my Mini and they did a great job.

I really liked this Monrovia location and was very pleased with the prompt email I got from one of their sales men. He quickly got me in a car that was in the showroom and out for a test drive! he also showed me a lot of options out in their lot and I was so close to buying or leasing from them. He was helpful enough to give me options. I would have gone to purchase or lease from them had I not gotten a low-priced, low-mileage mini from a 3rd party seller.

I purchased my car from Mini of Monrovia and had a great shopping experience. Brought vehicle in for its first service call, they changed the oil, washed car, all seemed good. Took car on a quick 100mile road trip, parked my car in my friends brand new houses driveway and spend the day there. When I got back home, as I pulled into my garage and noticed and oil stain. Then called my friends and asked them to check their driveway. MORTIFIED to learn my 1 year old car dripped dirty oil on their pristine driveway. I understand things happen, but I think making sure a car isnt dripping oil should be a requirement of correctly completing a simple oil change. Complete failure, and now I am offering to pay to have my friends driveway cleaned. Taking the car back to get fixed today. Will see how this is handled. Stay tuned . ?

I have two complaints, you as the customer have to call them to follow up on status of car. Very difficult to get your service person on the phone. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned the pricing is OUTRAGES. My advice, always get a second opinion. Another bit of advice, always hold on to your service records and if possible know what your service advisor sees on your key read.

I went on a Saturday with an appointment at 8:20. I knew there was a recall notice for side air bags, but I said I would wait on that. The service would only take 90 minutes, per the service advisor, and I chose to wait. After 3 hours, I finally asked where my car was. The technician misread the direction that I wanted to wait on the recall, and they went ahead and did the recall. So at least that is done and out of the way.
