"I Shouldn’t Have To Babysit A Dealership."

The only reason they are getting more than one star is because Irvin was really nice, and they worked with us on the price of the car. Early September we bought a 2015 Ford Focus ST from these guys. I got a pre approved loan through Navy Federal Credit Union (husband is active duty Marines) and brought all the paperwork to the dealership. We endorsed the check, and handed it over to SoCal Motors with instructions. They said they had done this lots of times before and didn’t need the instructions. Well apparently a few days later, the check was returned because SoCal Motors did not endorse their portion of the check properly. Someone signed it with their personal name instead of “SoCal Motors” like specifically instructed. So NFCU returned the check to their financial institution (Bank of America). My husband has been calling them the last month telling them they need to contact their bank about getting the check back and fixing it. It still has not. I finally called them today and the general manager (Steve? I think?) copped an attitude with me and told me they’re aware it’s their bank that’s causing the hold up. He also mentioned that “navy federal is pretty good about returning the checks when they don’t endorse them properly.” So this has obviously happened before. I should not have to babysit a car dealership to make sure THEY get paid. We will NOT be doing business with them again and will be telling everyone to stay FAR AWAY.

A young lady called me to set up an appointment she answered all my questions and was really friendly. My salesman Irvin was amazing atraifhr forward got me a really good deal. Actually, the custom service is really bad. When I walked in, there was nobody talk with me, and I even dont know what should I say about them, I would never recommend this store to my friends.

"Undisclosed Structural Damage"

Please be sure to pull full reports when buying a car from this dealership - I bought a car 2 1/2 years ago, tried to trade it in recently and was advised this car was bought at auction with known severe structural damage. This was never disclosed to me and I have a car that is now worthless as i will never be able to sell it or trade it unless the buyer is aware of the damage that was apparently quick fixed. It has lost all of its value. Not a happy customer at all.. do your research and dont just pull carfax as this does not pull all the information you need.. research further before you buy..
