Janette Vaccaro in the service dept was a total pro. I blew out a tire and purposely avoided servicing at the dealership b/c I had in my head that it would be way more expensive. I went to 2 Sears auto, one in CT where I blew out tire and the one in Paramus, both tried to tell me I need 4 new tires on a car thats less than a year old. Janette walked me through, did depth measurements and told me I only needed one. Replaced my tire with a matching Michelin and had an alignment done. Even had my car cleaned for me. I will be back. Im no longer afraid of service at the dealership and I will be back. Saved me $650 as I almost had the guys at Sears talk me in to buying 4 new tires.

Jasmine Suarez was amazing and loves what she does from the minute I called her she took care of everything and it was perfect. Deaumus was also a great help and got me in there to see my new truck and helped me set up everything in my truck and was very patient. The paper signing is always long but this time around it didnt take that long at all.
