If you need a shuttle to drive you home or get picked up, allow yourself a whole day! This has happened to me EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not once or twice, but 5 times! They give you an estimate time and on top of that give yourself 4 hours. It is so frustrating having to wait for them, then last minute you are making phone calls to arrange pick up for your kids, etc. This time I am writing a review cause shame on me I trusted them again. Left my car yesterday morning. I got a call late afternoon. I said ok to leave car overnight. They were supposed to pick me up at noon. It is almost 4pm and again, no shuttle yet! Last time!

As always it is a most pleasant experience to have my car serviced at your dealership. Bill, my Service Representative, is always cordial, informative and helpful. He speeds me through the process and makes sure that my car is well taken care of. He always makes me feel like I am his only customer. But your dealership and the waiting room is also exceptional. No one ever likes to get their car serviced, whether or not it is routine maintenance or a problem. But your dealership makes the experience as painless as possible. Unlike most service center waiting areas, yours is impeccably clean, cool and comfortable. I sincerely appreciate the complimentary coffee, donuts and water.

I really liked the fact that we could receive a estimation, which was right on target, regarding our out the door price and monthly payments via email. I did not feel pressured whatsoever and it empowered me to be able to go in and say, "okay, lets make a deal, and no funny business." This is what indeed happened. However, I am concerned about one thing. I never did see on the contract itself, anything that would indicate my grandfathers "GM employee discount". I believe that the words should be stated as such, so that I could see firsthand that all of my grandfathers many days of laboring at GM for so many years was well worth it as his family members could enjoy these benefits. He has always stressed to us to purchase "GM" no matter what and as such, thats what we have done throughout the ages. As stated previously, I am still not certain whether or not I received the GM employee discount as these specific words were not indicated on the contract.

All the construction really puts a damper on the whole experience. If my first oil changed wasnt free I wouldve avoided coming in. I know its temporary but it seems like its been going on for a while and hopefully once its over it will be a much better experience. I would advise sending an e-mail blast once the construction is complete because I will not return until its over.

Despite such construction, they were all extremely organized and efficient (even outside in the summer heat!). Maurizio Valencia was phenomenal and everyone took great care of my vehicle! The overall experience was really good. Alicia was helpful and courteous, you got my car serviced quickly and at a reasonable rate. It does take a awfully long time to retrieve the car after it has been serviced and the bill has been paid. I must have waited 15 minutes after paying to have my car brought to me. This is the second time this has happened to me and it makes me not want to return. Once a customer has paid for service you are ready to get on with your day. To have to wait for more than 5 minutes for the car is inexcusable.

Unfortunately when I arrived for my appointment Alisha was speaking to a co- worker in a distracting and unfavorable way; she made it clear she was having a bad day & I thought to myself " I hope she doesnt take my appointment today". Jeremy was AMAZING. The reason for only 4 stars and a 9 is because I received an E-mail from OnStar that my car had a recall notice and I scheduled my appointment through the e-mail. There was no reminder call about the appointment, and when I arrived, albeit a few minutes late, it seemed as if no one knew to expect me. I left my car expecting a lengthy (2-3 hours) wait and was prepared to and actually walked across the street to the mall for lunch. Less than 2 hours later, a message was left on my cell that the car was ready - which is great...BUT: 1) Jeremy had gone to lunch, so someone else left the message (not terrible, just mentioning, because) 2) The part for the recall was not in stock and is on back-order. I did not learn this until I was picking up my key from the cashier, thinking my car was TRULY done. She did not know to mention it until I asked that "I see this part is on backorder"....This is information which should have been included in the message left on my phone. Other than this, all things including the construction mess on the Bunnin property, I was pleased with the dealership.
