Wow!! Ive never had service like this before. I walked around for a bit outside just browsing. I kinda knew what I wanted, kinda didnt. I was approached by a friendly gentlemen with a nice tie. BEST SALESMAN EVER ALERT! Rui M. Lives up to the hypes! Ive only purchased 2 vehicles in my life and the first one was a BIG mistake.. But Rui M. At Grieco Kia helped me to fix that! I had been shopping around trying to figure out what I wanted.! But sadly it was seeming like EVERYWHERE I went all the salesman and dealerships were the same.. No one wanted to help and some were down right rude! I know Im not rich but have a good job and dont think I was being "unrealistic" like sone said. NEWS FLASH IM A BUYER!!! "Love Our New Kia Soul"
My husband and I went in to look at a used Kia Soul that we saw on website. We spoke with Alvin J who showed us the used Kia that we were interested in. We took it for a drive and loved it. Alvin asked us if we had ever considered leasing a new car, we had never leased before and had lots of questions. Alvin was great, he explained every facet of the lease process and got us a fantastic deal on the monthly lease payment. We felt great about our decision and confident in the dealership we did business with. Wed been to a couple of other dealerships but no one there took the time that Alvin did. The rest of the staff there was great too. We will recommend Alvin James and Greico of Johnson to our friends and family and hope to do future business with them. Did I mention that we LOVE the car?!!

I cant thank my salesman Rui Macatrao enough. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but this was by far the best experience yet. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Instead of it being difficult and frustrating as I expected it to be, it was quite the opposite. So much so that I was originally not intending on purchasing, but in the end I drove away in my new car with no regrets at all. I cant thank my salesman Rui enough!

Sean was most helpful, from start to finish, with our trade-in/new car purchase. He listened. I like that. I only give 3 stars for the buying process because it took SOOOO LONG. Perhaps a process to streamline the finalization procedure would be helpful. The day started at 9:30. And although we left for two hours at after 1pm, we were assured our paperwork would be in order when we got there at about 3pm. But due to overload on one loan and sales processor, we were further delayed. So just sayin. We love these people and we will be back. It would make customers much happier to have a quicker, smarter process in place to make more people happy in a shorter period of time. Thank you, Sean, for your patience with us.

I went to Grieco Kia to test drive a Sorento. I was in the market for a replacement of my full size SUV. I took the vehicle for a test drive and loved it but I was committed to testing the other two vehicles on my short list. Justin treated me right. He told me of all the good things about the Kia - I never once felt like I was being pressured. He had Mike run some numbers for me, we had a couple of laughs and then I told them that I was leaving to check out other cars. They understood and said that they hoped to see me back again - no pressure. I came back later in the afternoon to a couple of happy guys. I had a specific color theme in mind but there didnt seem to be any available in New England. I asked them to check again the following day and, if it wasnt available, to go ahead and process the transaction with the color theme they did have. I received a call from Justin the following day to let me know that they identified the car in the colors that I wanted. Justin then went on his day off to pick it up for me. I got out of work later than expected on that day but Justin stayed there, well beyond 7pm, to configure the vehicle to my phone and preferences. He stayed with me and showed me how every single feature in the car worked. It was very helpful. Justin and Mike definitely treated me right and I will absolutely be going back to see these guys for my next vehicle.

"Amazing Service - Rui Macatrao"
Rui Macatrao has made my experience at Grieco Kia excellent. Talk about above and beyond - about a year after purchasing a Kia Cadenza from Rui I woke up to all 4 tires stolen. This was a rainy, muddy day with construction occurring just outside by apartment. I had to catch a flight in about 3 hours. I called Rui at 7:30am and explained my issue - his response? No problem, we will take care of it. I left and caught my flight. Rui and his team came to my apartment with a set tires. They put them on the car in the rain and drove it to the dealership. All new tires, a full recovery of body work was taken care of by their body shop. All in all I could not have asked for better service, especially with something like this - that would be so easy for someone to say "you deal with it". I know where Ill be buying my next car, go find Rui

This was the best car buying experience ever. I had to bring my 7 year old super hyper, curious, autistic daughter to the showroom with me and they were polite, kind, and helpful with her. Not one complaint! Secondly, they came through on a promise made to reimburse me for services done on my old car. Six days after the deal is sealed my check came in the mail. Lastly, not one person I spoke with was pushy or intimidating. So, as Im showing off my shiny new car, Ill be telling everyone about this dealership.
